"The error of my ways.....?", she echoed with a mixture of incredulity and malice.

Without moving, she turned her head slightly to look back at her apprentices. Orocus was seething, more enraged than she had seen him since that first day on Ashas Ree. The amusement of the comment was completely lost on him. Serapis on the other hand seemed to share Adrasteia's morbid sense of humor, offering her a slight shrug of his shoulder. Neither one of them would make a move until given the word..

Adrasteia turned back to the Jedi. She was now obviously irritated. He had said exactly the wrong thing. "You ridiculous.. silly little fool. Do you have even the vaguest notion what drivel you are spouting?"

She tossed back her hood, revealing furious eyes glittering like amethyst in the dark.

"My ways have led me across a city torn asunder by your presence here.

My ways took my through darkened city streets, past weeping women and children, past brutalized citizens that eariler this evening were safe in their homes.

My ways.. have restored power to this district, security to these people and will see your explosions and attacks ended."

She glared in utter contempt at the Jedi before them, trying to speak to them of their wrong doings..

"Your Jedi Code is violated and unpure by your actions here tonight. You want to save something? Go save your own kind, lost soul. We have work to do. Now get out of my sight.."

“By staying here you will be making his death meaningless. Go!"

He was right. Nesrin hated to admit it, but there was no escape from the truth that the Sith had uttered. She gazed at him over their crossing weapons and found his expression unreadable. His words told her all she needed to know. Yet, how could she leave? To run from a fight was to show cowardice, pure and simple. To let Korran go so he could continue harming hundreds of others, so he could live on to fight for the goals of the Order he served...it all seemed a crime...

The choice, however, wasn't hers to make. In the light of Jabez's death there was a single option for her now.

”Fine.”

Her voice was cold, but tinged with pain. The blade vanished with a flick of her thumb. She took a step back. Tears were welling up now, but she refused to let them fall. To stay would be useless, Nesrin tried to tell herself. The Sith Lord was stronger. She could not possibly fight him on her own, and as far as she knew there were no other Jedi in sight...

”To honour his sacrifice, I'll leave. Just...just keep in mind...” The sobs caught in her throat threatened to choke her, and she took a second to pause and compose herself. ”Keep in mind that this conflict...not all of us agreed with the attack...” Anger bubbled up inside her, anger at the position of powerlessness she was in, anger at her Order for betraying one of the very things they stood for, frustration at how she was failing to make sense of all the tangled feelings...

”I'm sorry it had to happen.”

Nesrin moved towards Jabez's body and bent to pick it up. He'd been almost as tall as she was, but he was fairly light in her arms. The flames had gone out, leaving only smoke and the stench of rotting flesh behind. She couldn't bring herself to look at the boy's face.

”He died an honourable death. I'd say his body deserves a better resting place.”

With this she walked away, and only when she could no longer feel Korran's presence did the tears begin to flow.

“If ever in the past our affiliations have clashed, yours has limped away, sometimes safe, sometimes not. Never has Naboo been defended flawlessly against a Sith assault. You’re on a constant defensive, even when you attack, and the people you protect are the ones who suffer,” he said with sardonic disappointment. “So irresponsible.”

Monnik’s weapon hand twitched eagerly, almost involuntarily betraying his thoughts, but he didn’t activate it again. Instead, a trick of The Force gave the impression of fingertips brushing against the Jedi’s neck. He didn’t begin to constrict, as he would have liked to, but left the silent threat at that, gaze unflinching.

But then he turned his back and strode to the ship. It powered up and he flew away.

"Your Jedi Code is violated and unpure by your actions here tonight. You want to save something? Go save your own kind, lost soul. We have work to do. Now get out of my sight.."

Kyp nodded, slowly. The Jedi Code was indeed violated, but the actions of the Jedi didn't necessarily make the Jedi Code unpure in any way. And if she thought he was going to move, she was making a big mistake.

"The actions of the Jedi here tonight are disgraceful. They have violated the Jedi Code many times before and continue to do so despite continual warnings. I have attempted to save my own kind, but they are, perhaps beyond saving."

He paused, considering his words carefully.

"But the Jedi Code is not unpure. I will not fight first, and I will avoid fighting if I can. But the damage that has been done to Coruscant by the Sith - through both the initial invasion, which I might add, was a lot bloodier than this one; and through control ever since - is far greater than the control of a peaceful Jedi force. You know that the Jedi Code is life-giving, not life-taking, and you know that the difference is important."

He smirked slightly, and removed his hood.

"I have often been called a fool. I was here some weeks ago, in the Sith Temple, confronting a fallen Jedi. I was fatally wounded, and was called a fool for attempting to show the truth. But I succeeded in my quest - they didn't turn, but they were aware of the truth. As you are."

He paused, and raised a warning hand, as if he was going to stop her from passing.

"The Jedi Code preaches peace, knowledge and control. Sith Lore preaches anger, hatred and fear. The strongest Sith are those that self-loathe. I can feel hatred, anger and fear within you - but not very strongly. The apprentice behind you appears to be fuming with it. He is the only Sith among you. Repent from your dark ways, and join me. If you do not, I am afraid that I must stop you from passing."

Chloe/Metran

"Your mind lingers on past pain, my Jedi friend, a most dangerous place for it to lurk if I recall from my Jedi days." Talon smiled at Metran, the Jedi remaining guarded around him and the Sith picking up certain unguarded thoughts.

This was not something that Talon was going to persue though, he had no desire to try and tempt the Jedi to the darkside. The man had taken it upon himself to protect Chloe and anyone who would do that for a member of his family deserved some small act of respect from him.

"Of course, such a place as my vessel is no place for the young impressionable mind of a Jedi Padawan, you'll be able to appreciate it more as a Knight."

Talon gave a watery smile as Metran explained that he was to be dropped off on Corellia, being totally removed from the action was not what he had had in mind when sneaking aboard the Phoenix and he would have to make sure that it did not happen. The Sith finished his tea and moved to take a seat and was perfectly willing to wait and see how things would turn out.

Metran's eyes narrowed at the Sith; much in him warned that Talon wasn't to be trusted. All the same, he had to turn his back at some point to return to the pilot's chair. A few minutes and some re-coding, and the ship's systems began the diversion. Within a few minutes they were dropping out into the Corellia system - the capital planet spinning beneath them like a great jewel.

Met' returned to keep an eye on the Sith. "Hey, kid - you know how to land this thing?"

Korran

With Sky gone, back in that ghoulish place she called home, he was alone, unable to move that much. When he tried to stand up, his legs went. Falling back to the ground on his knees, he cursed his situation. Whatever that witch had done completely changed him.

How could she have done it? I know of every power from my studies. Even certain powers, which I wouldn't use, would not have this effect on me. So, could she have used the powers of the many Sith Lords to change my being?

As he used his cane to hobble up the street, there was a feeling in the air, as if a presence had left the world. What could have been only a death, his thoughts went to who it was. But being a Human, it was harder.

It wasn't until he saw a figure and a body on the ground did he know that he was at the location where the person was killed. Close enough, he saw a lightsaber in the hand. Either a Sith or a Jedi. Though, as his legs shaked, the face of the man who stood only shocked Mak.

Daritha...

As he looked at the burnt body, in which the skin on his face was now gone, and every part of his body was charred, he saw a mark on the clothes that he knew anywhere. For a second, the grief swept over him, as the truth sank in.

Jabez is dead...

As he leaned down, he looked at Daritha, his face completely rid of emotion. The face that was covered by a mask, which covered his smiles and grins, was only blnk for Mak. He was completely taken over by the Dark Side and was addicted to it.

Such as Sky...

Taking Jabez's lightsaber, he placed it within his robes, and stood up, leaning on his cane for balance once more. The Force that emenated from the Sith was chilling, but Mak, 110 years younger, was now on the same level of the playing field.

Where he had once been so old, he was not able to battle, being transformed into Human made him quicker, stronger, and more deadlier. The only problem was his legs.

"So, Daritha... When did you kill Jabez?"

“Heretic!”

With this single word, a pulse of energy tore through the air surrounding both the Jedi Knight and the group confronting him, causing the shimmering carpet of shattered glass to hum in vibration. The image of Sith Master Fenris rippled into existence some ten feet from the lone preacher of the light-side, parallel to Razielle.

As Monnik flew away, Kamon stood there and watched him go until he was suddenly overcome by the sense of pain and then loss. A hand flew to his chest and grabbed onto his tunic, holding there for a moment. Though he knew that someone had died, and that the someone was Jabez Goff, he didn't know the circumstances surrounding it. However, he did know that the perpetrator of the crime was still running loose and he as a Jedi could not allow the man to be loose on the streets of Theed.

Moving away from the starport, he headed quickly out into the streets. The presence of the Sith was strong and he found an equally strong lightside presence moving towards it. That was good. One of the other Master's must have actually gotten the notion to come out and help deal with the Sith threat. Either that or someone had just returned to Naboo from being off planet. Regardless, it meant that someone else would be there to fight with him and that meant that this Sith stood no chance.

Running through the streets, he brought both of his sabers into his hands and went through the mental motions of preparing himself for battle. Though he had just minutes before been engaged in combat, each new battle was different. That, and he'd still been hit with lightning and had a few burns over his body. He did his best to quash the pain and keep the hurt away, the rest he just focused on something else to keep his mind off of it. In that manner, he was able to prepare himself.

Running around the corner, he was confronted with a strangely familiar sounding male human Jedi facing a Sith. He raised an eyebrow in curiosity, but then figured that now wasn't the time to be messing with asking questions and the like, not when there was a battle to be fought. Both of his blue blades ignited as he walked up behind Mak and moved over to the side a little bit. Two Master's against a Sith Master. This was going to be one heck of a fight.

"I'm more interested in how he did it."

Stop her from passing? What the hell did he think he was going to do, physically restrain her until she acquiesced and submitted to his point of view? Clearly the Jedi of this age had grow arrogant in their assumptions. All the more reason to erase their audacious presence from forcing the whole of the galaxy to abide by their standards. Adrasteia had had enough of being told what she would, or would not do by the likes of Kyp Durron.

She would have told him exactly where he could shove the Jedi Code, but at the exact moment the ground beneath her feet rumbled with the presence of one very unamused Sith Master. The reverberations tingled from the soles of her booted feet all the way up her body and she couldn't hide the pleasure in her eyes. To him alone she spoke in her mind..

Hello, lover. You have impeccable timing.

To the Jedi Knight, she offered only an amused sneer.

"You miserable little speck. I would greatly love to see you try."

Adrasteia had no qualms about it. If the Jedi attempted to lay a single finger on her to stop her, he would find it severed and stuffed somewhere most unpleasant.

Shakti's speeder carried her through back alleyways and over networks of catwalks through the city. No one dared stop her, and she'd have run them down if they tried. She had no time to be fooling around with frightened civilians or diligent law enforcement. She needed to know what was going on, and how she could help.

Up ahead she could feel a clash of powerful Force users, opposing auras glaring in her senses. Plenty of Sith, it seemed. They might not need her help after all, but she was going to offer it. As Shakti turned the corner her body tilted at almost a forty-five degree angle. Up ahead there were several people facing off, only one of which seemed to be a Jedi.

"Enough of your sermonizing!"

Yup, she thought. Clear sign of a Jedi in the vicinity.

Bracing herself, Shakti brought her speederbike to a halt so suddenly that the nose of the bike reared upward briefly before the repulsors died down and it touched the pavement below her. Stepping away from the speeder, Shakti pulled her lightsaber from her pocket and held it casually in her right hand. With slow, deliberate steps she found her way to the back ranks of the Sith gathering, next to Orocus and Serapis.

This was their game. If these apprentices were hanging back until they were needed, Shakti could take a hint. The two in front of her could probably handle themselves, but she'd be here if they changed their minds.

Daritha

As Wholi arrived at the scene the horror of Jabez' demise could not have been made clearer. The man had been burnt to death. A horrible way to die no matter how you look at it. Looking up from where he lay, the jedi master fixed his gaze upon the one responsible for the sadistic butchery. He did not recognise the sith master but it was clear that he had been through some changes. Daritha's power had grown and due to this the air around him seemed opressive and hard to breathe. But Wholi had changed too. " You're not going to get away with this!"

With that he clenched his fists and began concentrating on the force. He could feel it's energy flowing through him, strengthening every muscle. Wholi then began to increase that flow, strengthening his body even more. Wholi increased it again, his muscle mass increased slightly. A golden aura of energy began to surround his body. "I'm going to beat you!" He shouted.

Senate Hall - Coruscant

Fatigue weighed down every fiber of her being. Sophie felt the pressure of forced sleep slowly lift, but she was still leagues away, submerged in the lethargic flood. The voices around her were tinny and broken. With great effort, her eyes drowsily blinked but the light that invaded them was so painful it made her flinch and grimace.

“Mm, what happened?” She asked through her disorientation. Shadows moved back and forth across her vision. Her limbs were numbly tingling and everything was still a blur; indistinct shapes and melding colors, “Where am I?” Sophie asked weakly. She wasn’t sure who was around her but concerned minds were definitely drifting about... Eight... yes... eight distinct consciousnesses...

“Get her water.” Someone spoke in rushed, whip-crack manner.

“My Lady, do you need air?” Another voice, completely different but no less avid.

“I need to know what happened.” Sophie spat back and shook off the pair of hands that had been clenching her arm just above the elbow. She had just noticed them. Who were these people and why in the Force’s name were they touching her? She was on the floor and her back was braced against the wall. Why?

“You fainted after the state address, My Lady.” Yet another voice, but this one was soft and stable. It rose above the mad clamor of fretful whispers and silenced them. Sophie looked up and focused. A willowy figure stood a few meters away.... dark hair in deep waves, alabaster skin, “Medical attendants have been summoned for you, but I placed them on hold. I suspect you will not need them.”

“Are you in charge of this debacle?” Sophie touched her brow before motioning to the obscure cloud of people. The dark-haired figure stepped forward and offered her hand. A moment of careful consideration elapsed before the Sith accepted the help and stood.

“I am actually a junior member of Governor Wayne’s support staff.” The woman answered. Sophie, in no mood to spare time for pleasantries, slinked into her mind for information. The other female allowed the invasion, much to Sophie’s surprise... she embraced it, even. Warm waves of thought flowed forward and wrapped like wispy arms.

“Miss Sormier...” She was sublimely beautiful, becoming gradually more so as the haze from unconsciousness lifted. Her almond eyes were large and expressive. There was strength in them. “You have been promoted. Calm this room and clear it out.”

“At once, my Lady.” The young aid answered attentively and released her grip. She knew, somehow, the Sophie required no further support. The Sith glided to the desk where the address had been filmed with a little less grace than her usual unearthly airiness. The spell had sapped her of a significant amount of strength. She had never attempted to charm so many at once.

Had it worked?

Power surged through the Senate Hall again. The conference chamber’s wall lamps burned boldly with unstinted currents of electricity. The floating cameras had been disengaged but even in sleep, they still bobbed in the air, “Replay.” Sophie uttered palely as the last of the state staff was dismissed. Only Miss Sormier remained. Her precise finger strokes engaged the door panel and sealed the room.

Good citizens, beloved vassals, noble Coruscanti... I come to you in a time of great hardship. The world that is our home, the glorious galactic center, has been threatened this day by the very people who once had vowed to protect it.

... dalhariles, dalharukes, riluss... oloth orthae quarthen... usstan quarthen... valm xuil ussa....

They bring with them discord and distress. They ask for war and death. They want to annihilate the peace you have come to know, the harmony this government has given you, after so many decades of uncertainty and strife. Do not permit them.

... inthel qua'laen k'hil nindyn vel'uss phuul sham'aroth... philth nindyn vel'uss kla'ath ssussun...

Be still, be calm, and we will protect you. Trust in us, do not fight, and there will be peace again. Your minds have been poisoned and your hearts have been burdened, but we will heal all that ails you and take away your cares. The Jedi are ruinous. Seek salvation with the Sith.

... joros whol ssinssrigg lueth udos orn ssinssrigg dos... orn ssinssrigg dos...

Even now, those who watch over you are working tirelessly to apprehend the Jedi conspirators. This Sith government will not rest until each and every citizen is safe. Across the holonet, images of dangerous terrorists are being broadcasted. We implore you, do not risk injury or death. Report any sightings of these felons to the authorities... we will intervene on your behalf...

The address continued on via the hologram’s light. Sophie sank into the comfort of her chair’s soft leather and watched herself speak. Closing her eyes, she listened to the secret spell that sang beneath. The people would not hear the ancient Sith words, but they would feel them; like a lover breathing beautiful things against their ears in sleep, sculpting the intimate canvas of their dreams... they would feel them....

Sophie blinked and looked across the room to Miss Sormier. She was standing with a little head tilt. Her big glassy eyes were wide and mystified. Lovely creature; bow-like lips half parted, skin as white an ocean shells...pretty doll.

“What do you want?” The Mistress asked in a dulcet, tender voice, “Speak freely.”

“I want...” The young Coruscanti scarcely moved. She seemed unable to draw her eyes away from the broadcast, “I want what you want. I understand now. Before I believed but now...I... I truly understand.”

The Darth looked at the fallen Jedi [Caleb]. He would be punished for such blasphemy. Yet, now, he had to take the man to someplace to be held until his fate is decided. The man remained silent, seemingly accepting defeat. He would not be safe to transport awake.

And so, Darth Apparatus walked up to the fallen Jedi [Caleb] and made a clean, downward strike to the Jedi’s head. With such force from the durasteel hand, the Jedi would have easily been knocked out and remained so for several hours to possibly days. There was no time to incapacitate the man with the Force, and it was the easiest option.

Expanding his focus, Apparatus could feel several Sith and even more Jedi still lingering on the planet. He continued to search and came across a familiar Force signature in the area of the Senate Halls. The Sith Lord then stretched his mind to touch the soul and communicate with her through the Force.

Ziost

Tiara awoke to a trembling in her home. First she thought it was nothing, then she felt it again: a shaking in the ground, a distubance in the air, and an overwhelming sound of thunder. Deep within the Force she felt it, too - a sudden outpouring of the Dark Side.

Not again ...

Yet she knew long before she had made her way across the fields towards the trembling Sith temple what was transpiring. The circle of caretakers had once again been broken, and the seal of Ziost was fractured. As she made her way into the depths, a dark resolve played across the young woman's face. This could not be allowed to continue - the constant opening and closing of this rift in space would eventually sunder the planet. As she arrived in the depths, she could already see that the re-opening had taken its toll on the foundation. The planet's crust wouldn't be far behind.

She sighed as she began to meditate on the sealing sigils. Much more would be needed than a simple closure - a new seal had to be forged: one that did not depend on one or a group of individuals. As much as it tore at her, this energy and the planet itself had to be protected from dependency on the Sith. Only then would the constant madness of this flexing rip in reality truly end.

“Of course I do, I wouldn’t be a Hinata if I didn’t know how to land the Phoenix.”

Chloe looked to Talon with sad eyes. She didn’t really want her cousin to go. He was the first member of her to actually recognize that she existed. She couldn’t just let him off the Phoenix to wander around on his own. Chloe knew he could handle himself but still she wasn’t ready to let him go. The teen still had so many questions about her family.

Taking the captain’s seat again Chloe landed the Phoenix down on the landing pad and than turned around to Met.

“So what was so hard about that? Why are we here?”

Metran smiled at Chloe. " Isn't hard at all. I just never learned to walk and chew gum at the same time." His next comments were addressed to Talon. "You've not been what I'd expect, and I'm grateful for that. Now I need to ask you to leave, so that I can take the kid home."

He did his best to keep his tone steady and even, but all the same his lightsaber was in his hand. To have to fight the Sith now would be disappointing, but neither the ship nor Chloe were his to do whatever he chose with them. Metran had to return them both to Hawk in as good a condition as he found them, otherwise there'd be hell to pay.

It was funny to watch this man hobble over towards him. Daritha even let out a soft laugh as he kept coming over with his little cane. What are you going to beat over the head with it for being a bad little boy? It was the thought that came to the Sith. It made him laugh again.

Then he became curious, he did not know who this Jedi was... That was particularly troubling considering how much he knew of every Jedi. Then he noticed something vaguely familier in the signature, curious, he thought. He looked the signature over and over again and then the lightbulb appeared. He paid little attention to the question and asked his own, "So, Mak Manto, when did you become a human?"

An eyebrow on his mask raised as if to add a bit more emphasis to the question. Then the next Jedi showed up. Heh, looks like my pyrotechniques attracted some attention. He did not wait for Mak to answer the question, instead he looked at the new arrival and nodded. "A much better question indeed. I burned him to a crisp. Quite impressive eh? Took about... one and thirteen sixty-sevenths of a second. I take quite some pride in my manipulation of fire."

Then the third Jedi showed up. What is this madness? Another? It was beginning to become quite an ugly looking battle to come. He doubted Mak's real abilities, he looked very fresh on his legs. Still Daritha was baffeled by that one but that was for another time. Just something to research.

He really laughed at the the third's whole entire bravado. "You are funny. Calm down, I have no need for you super awesomeness right now." He moved his hands downward, his left arm revealing the Mark of Darkness that covered it. "As you can see we are talking. No need to get hasty here. The fight will come, trust me. I have no intent in letting any of you live, but I am feeling benevolent right now so that can wait."

Chloe/Metran

From where he sat, Talon smiled, it was nice to see a little spark of the Hinata confidence within Chloe even though many mistook it for arrogance. It was not arrogance to use ones abilities to their full potential and know their limitations but not be hindered by them, with a little creative flair there was nothing that was impossible to do, or at the very least ensure that everyone believed that you could or had done it.

"I'm reluctant to become confrontational..."Talon began, giving Metran a sidelong look and eyeing the Jedi's lightsaber with open dissaproval. "...but I sense that my young cousin does not desire that I leave and given that this is her father's vessel I'm inclined to comply with her wishes."

The Sith's emerald green eyes shifted to become a deep orange colour and for the first time since boarding the ship he allowed his darkside presence to be truely felt. His persence was deceptive, it felt soft, warm and comfortable often mistaken for that of a Jedi until it was too late. His aura could wrap itself around unsuspecting victims, lulling them into a false sense of security, slowly smothering them, twisting their mind to his will, causing them to submit and surrender without a fight. In a normal situation this combined with Talon's knack for manipulation would have ended a fight before it had even began but this was different, Metran was mistrustful and guarded against him.

"I understand though that you'll be reluctant to convey me to Naboo, so we are at a moment where choices have to be made. You can chose to simply trust me and take me with you to Naboo, you can chose to remain here upon Corellia with me and Chloe until her father comes or you can try and forcefully eject me from this vessel." Talon said, once again eyeing the Jedi's blade and revealing the ivory hilt of his own."

Maleficus cut through a soldier, flicking his saber around behind him to slice the already dead man's arm off at the shoulder. He kicked the body over, turning around to scan the battlefield. The number of fighters had dropped, their bodies carpetted the desert, the blood was dark against the sand. Several duels were going on, Jedi fighting Sith, Sith fighting soldiers, Jedi fighting soldiers, Ghosts hurtling through the sky above them.

Maleficus smiled as he saw a familiar face, someone he had first met when he was an Apprentice. Hawk was fighting Remy, flames billowed against the dark sky, creating warped and twisted shadows of everyone in the area. The Sith Master ran towards the battle, sweeping past a soldier and knocking his legs out from under him, allowing a Sith soldier to smash the butt of his gun into the trooper's face.

He wasn't much in the mood for a chat so he darted forward and sent a stab at Hawk's back as he advanced on Remy.

Almost every ounce of the Jedi Master's concentration had been focused on penetrating the wall of flames that surrounded Remy and ending the Sith's onslaught of creatures upon the Jedi forces and he moved almost a moment too late as the darkside peaked behind him in the way that only the presence of another Sith Master could make it peak.

Hawk moved fast enough to spare his life but the blade of his new assailant tore into the side of his back, burning a nasty gash in his side, almost exposing his ribs. He had managed to avoid death from the Maleficus' blade but had in his haste to avoid it tumbled into one of the columns of fire that he had yet to extinguish and his robes had erupted into bright purple flames and although he extinguished them swiftly, Hawk had fallen to the ground and was covered in small burns.

"You've changed much since we last met, Opir." Hawk coughed as he pushed himself to his hands and knees, pain flairing in the cut on his side. "Less hair." He managed to chuckle.

Maleficus smiled a little, "You'll have less hair if you don't be more careful around fire."

He closed the gap between them again, he swept his blade across, slashing at the master's right side.

"I'll be sure to keep that in mind." Hawk said as he half fell, half rolled in the opposite direction to Maleficus' slash and then used the force to try and pull the Sith's feet from under him.

Hawk winced as he rolled, the burnt flesh on his side threatening to split open and start bleeding as it was put under strain and the dull aches of his burns flared as he rolled onto them. Hawk would have preferred his return to Korriban be a solo affair if indeed at all, an army attracted far too much attention and could not promise even the smallest of victories as the massive loss of life was always a disaster. He would much rather have returned on his own after spending months in preparation to make him undetectable and slowly sow the seeds of the lightside within the darkside fortress.

LEGAL INTRUSION: Daritha

I better have gotten my money's worth with this information. Having paid a clean ten thousand Republic credits wasn't something small. Under normal circumstances, it would even be comsidered insane. The true insanity, however, was the sheer amount of credits that could be earned with one hunt. Of course that also meant another thing. It would be considered insane to be going after the bounty without the aid of other hunters.

Arc was confident in his skills, and the thrill of taking in such a large amount of credits helped. He could get some parts to modify his equipment, maybe even buy himself a nice meal and some new clothes. The possibilities were nearly endless. All it would take was finding this man, this Daritha. Of course, that was when his comlink went off. This was when he started to wonder about how good it had been to put out the word that he would pay for the information surrounding Daritha. A Jedi Knight, one who should normally not want money, asked for five thousand credits.

That brought the total up to fifteen. I better be able to capture this bounty, or I'll be poor soon. Fifteen thousand credits wasted is not a good thing. His thoughts were interrupted by events of the outside world, however. Sounds of screaming could be heard outside, people were being killed by the handfull. This would be a perfect time to actually hunt his target. "Here's what I owe you." Slamming the credit chip on the counter, he started to walk away. Then he got a bright idea.

A good viewpoint, that was what he needed. It only took a few steps out the door, however, for him to see that it was completely not needed. He could see a fire a distance away, and barely see some people. Arc pulled out his M5-blaster rifle, standard issue for ARC, and attached a good scope. Looking through it, he tried to think about what he had been told of his target. Nobody saw his face, and one of the people seemed to be wearing a mask. If that wasn't a clear sign, then there would be none.

The Sith Master turned, and he would be easy to attack from behind. To kill such a person from behind, though, had no honor. Honor in the fight, honor in the kill. But that didn't mean that he couldn't have an aggressive hello. Switching the gun to burst, the clone aimed for the lower leg. Three shots, quickly moving to the other leg and trying the same thing. With the attention of the opponent away from the shots. There would be a possibility that one of the would hit.
