Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)"Damm[/b] He yelled
His voice exploded with such ferocity that it seemed to shake the walls of the room. Sky's presence was gone, lost into the realms of Chaos. He slammed his fist into the ground, though the force of the blow caused him to double over in pain as it extended to his wound.
He coughed, and small droplets of blood sprayed out across the ground in front of him. Apparently Corringath's wound had pierced his lung.
He felt weak, dizzy, and sat down abrupbtly so as he would not fall moments later. He wiped a hand across his lips, and as he looked down at the crimson blood upon it, got an idea.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Corringath.
And time he was not given. Beating impossible odds his opponent had avoided two successive blows that would have surely knocked him back. Just as Caleb got back to his fiull senses and looked up, he saw the flying Jedi Master headed for him. He saw his face.
A grim face, the face of a man who was prepared to do what he had to do.
Caleb would have tried something, had he not already known it futile. By the time Caleb was having this thought he could already see the leg lashing out aimed for his chest. He was thrown back, a tell tale "Oof" trailing behind. His prized lightsaber fell from his grasp, falling almost poetically at his vanquisher's feet. launched back he slammed mercilessly into a solid wall. His head reeling, he tried once to rise up...failed and fell back down.
It's over...it's all over.
The battle, hopes of liberation, dreams of freedom. And it was a Jedi who ended it all.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
The second that the Jedi put his lightsaber down it was too late. It became even worse off for him when he turned it off and put it away. The problem only became worse for him when he failed to put any kind of restraining device on Daritha, which would have been a minor hinderance but it would have been much better. He did talk to good talk but it was nowhere near good enough for Daritha, an apprentice may have fallen into its trap though.
He looked down for a moment more and offered up his wrists just that much more. Giving the man one last opporitunity to restrain him, yet again it would not have done much but the appearance was still important. Oh well, too late. He looked back up and now a wicked grin returned to the mask. "You're done." His hands lowered and from his cloak shot four six inch needles, each one aimed at key tendons in the Jedi's arms.
The Sith Master moved on arm back and called his spear to him as he rose up out of his kneeling position. The time for games was over. His thoughts stopped there, no, not true. Time for a new game to begin.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Metran/Chloe
A slight curl of the Sith's lips showed that Talon was more amused than angered by his discovery, more often than not it was near impossible to detect the subtle manipulations of the mind of one force user by another even if they were the target of those manipulations but it seemed that perhaps Talon had not been hiding his aura as affectively as he had thought he had, no doubt too much time out of the field had caused him to be a little slack.
The cargo bay door slid slowly open to reveal the Sith, Talon as he preferred was dressed in long flowing white robes that seemed to always flutter behind him whether there was a breeze or not and even if the wind was blowing in the other direction.
"There will be no need for you to fight bravely and die swiftly on this occasion, my Jedi friend, not in front of my little cousin anyway, her father would never forgive me...though I think he's still rather mad that I killed his brother." Talon said stepping out and eyeing Metran's lightsaber, the latter part of what he said was more to himself than anyone else.
"Heya youngling." He said giving Chloe a wink. "Anyone fancy a cuppa? I think I still recall where all the things are in the kitchenette." Talon smiled and moved off in the direction of the small kitchen.

Ashes and sand brushed against her form, whipping her long hair and clothes. Eyes closed shut, to feel rather through the Force for no conventional sight could be held within the darkened sandstorm.
Piercing was the sand which brushed against her flesh, like a thousand razors grating like sandpaper upon her. But she dug within the lightside within her, for on this planet there was none- and tried to bring the pulse of the wind behind her rather than scattered inter-crossing breezes. Using the push to drive her, she brought her lightsaber in for a direct strike within his torso- hoping the speed with which she struck would penetrate his barrier and bring him down.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
It was without a second thought that he had put the lightsaber away, and he was expecting the best. It wasn't the smart thing, and it wasn't the right thing, but Jabez had done it anyway. Of course, he had acted on the assumption that he wanted to act on. He wanted to believe that everyone could be saved, that anyone could see the light. Yet it was not the will of the force, and not the teachings of the ancient Jedi Masters.
If a Jedi ignites his lightsaber, he must be ready to take a life. If he is not so pprepared, he must keep his weapon at his side. The ancient wisdom of Odan-Urr screamed to him, and in his mind Jabez knew that what he had chosen to do hadn't been the right thing to do. Of course, there were no second chances. The young Knight would just have to hope that the Sith was really trying to be redeemed. But it seemed that in mere moments things were going to change.
"You're done."
Those words acted as a warning, along with a warning sctreaming from the force. The Sith's hands went down, and needles shot out just as Jabez's own hands shot out. His focus was on the training that he had gone through before, the work on being able to protect himself with the force. But what would be seen was that the needles would slow down, stopping centimeters before they entered his flesh. That would have been the end of the fight, though Jabez knew that he couldn't do this too many more times. One of his hands went down, picking up his lightsaber once again.
Then a deep breath, he knew that he couldn't do this alone. But he was never alone. There were so many people in Theed, so many people with which his training wopuld help him with. He wopuld only try to take a little of their strength, a little of it to try to restore himself to be able to hopefully fight off this foe. With a sigh of regret, Jabez stood there. "If this is how it must be, then it was the will of the force. I am afraid that I'm going to have to stop you, even if it means your death in the process. I am giving you one last chance to surrender, please take it."
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
The Jedi managed to stop the needles. It was somewhat impressive considering the distance. The mask made yet another odd move, a wink. "I don't suppose the same move would work twice in a row on you. If I were to do that twice I'm sure you would catch on that I am here to kill you and you might actualy make a move to end my life. So you should know that by no means will I take a feeble position again, you had your one and only chance to kill me. Since you did not take it, it will be your end, though I am impressed that you stick to your code enough to follow it."
He let the smile on his mask grow a bit more, "And that code is just the reason why you shall die."
Daritha took his spear in both hands now. The axe head facing down towards the ground in front of him. The Sith growled as he brought it upward behind him and then down over his head to grant the axe blade even more momentum as he attacked the poor little Jedi in front of him.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Words, more words, that was what went between the two combatants after the attack with the needles. The mask seemed to wink, something that seemed strange. Jabez paid it no heed, his mind focused on another attack that he knew would be coming. But it seemed that first there would be words, though they would only get either of them so far. Yet it was the Sith's words that had the most effect, an effect of making the young Knight wonder. What did this Sith know about the Jedi Code?
Still, however, the Sith found it in him to chastise the Knight. Jabez had his chance to end this, true, and he had tossed it to the side. He had made that mistake, in which he hoped to make up for. If only I could redo things. As he thought that, the Sith gripped his weapon with both hands, seemingly ready to attack at any moment. How could Jabez defend himself against one so strong? He hadn't the strength, his body still growing, and his opponent most likely lacked that weakness.
Jabez held his lightsaber with both hands, holding it over his head and pointed at the Sith. Then the attack finally came, a powerful overhead strike. Only an idiot would try to meet that attack head on. He corrected himself as the blade moved into action. A quick movement, a sudden attempt to push it out of the way. It was an awakward angle, Jabez had to admit, which is why he also started to back up as the blade slammed against the axe.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Daritha's smile only grew as the axeblade hit the knight's blade. He was impressed that the Jedi was even able to stop it, had almost expected to break him completely and cut clear into his shoulder. It was crying shame, yet again he had underestimated the Jedi's abilities. They were small though, nothing crucial in the end. Each error of judgement did not cripple him, in the end it did not really hinder him. It just slowed the inevitable.
His axe's blade came off of the lightsaber and moved swiftly above and behind Daritha's head. This motion left his speartip poised to strike into Jabez' stomach. The dark holes that were the eyes of his mask looked straight into the Jedi's stomach for but a fraction of a second before he struck, yet again he winked. It was supposed to be a parting gesture of sorts, as the spear tip shot at the lower abdommen of the Jedi.
Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
At once, Monnik increased the pressure on the enormous block that was no longer a pillar, but merely a deadly block of stone. He stood with his back to the temple, arm thrust out to hold the great weight, fighting against Kamon’s strength in The Force.
As soon as he realised, though, that neither Sith nor Jedi was gaining an edge, Monnik decided to press what advantages he had. There was benefit on fighting on one’s own soil when compared to the advantages available for one to seize on enemy’s ground. Monnik released his hold on the pillar and it flew in his direction, the force of Kamon’s push sending it back his way. With another surge of Force energy, he send the column over his head where it crashed into the front of the temple.
He gave a smirk to the Jedi, deactivating his lightsaber and returning it to its holster. He gave a waving salute and moved away from the steps at a casual pace, ignoring the searing of the Jedi’s strike, and then broke into a run, enhanced so by The Force that he appeared to become no more than a blur as he shot through the onlooking throng.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Space - Naboo
The Star Destroyer slid out of the hyperspace jump, slowing considerably, the Commander swaying ever so slightly in his seat. He was composed and resolved, next to the unstable Sith Master, for he had travelled through hyperspace many times during his short career and no longer did it affect him the way it might have on the first few occasions. Unbuckling the belts which had held him securely during the jump, he leant forward and out of the chair, standing steadily without swaying; he then spoke to Lord Cazador of the glorious spectacle before them, his gaze upon the beauty below the ship. “Lord Cazador, Naboo.”
After a few seconds spent gazing in fascination at the planet before them, he stepped slowly and assuredly across the platform, his boots clunking heavily on the durasteel decking. "Ready the pods." He spoke clearly to the crew, several of them making their way from the main deck to do as he had instructed.
Giving his superior the time that he needed, he looked to Cazador when he seemed to have recovered and spoke. "Shall I accompany you to the landing crafts?"
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)"Crap... Going to have to pay to get that fixed."
Shaking his head, he turned his eyes to look towards the crowd below. A great many of them had scattered initially, but he could see the path that Monnik had taken through the crowd and could feel the mans energy as he moved along. Deactivating his own blades, he clipped them back to his belt and dusted himself off for a moment. He didn't know where Monnik was going, but he knew that he had to make sure the man wasn't going to terrorize Naboo anymore.
Taking off at a Force assisted run, he ran right through the gap that Monnik had made in the crowd and chased after the man. If he was going to leave then Kamon would allow him to do so. The two of them would fight again another day in a different place and they could settle the score then. But if he wasn't leaving, then Kamon was going to continue the fight until Monnik was either forced to leave.. or he was dead.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)The Jedi, launching an attack on Korriban.
...attacking.
Why?
Away in hyperspace, only minutes away from reaching Naboo, Nesrin came storming into the pilot's cabin with fire in her eyes and conflict in her heart. She let the door slam behind her. This...this was unacceptable, in her view. The Jedi were supposed to be the guardians of peace. Their job was to defend others, not to attack and pick fights with those who opposed them. She thought it simple enough for anyone to understand, but apparently it wasn't.
From the moment she read the report outlining the Council's sudden decision, the Knight had been sullen and restless. Ordered to help out in the attack unless the mission she was attending to was too important, she had settled her affairs on Telos as quickly as she could, then boarded her ship to hurry back home. But not to help the way she was supposed to.
A few flashing lights on the console, Nesrin's impatient fiddling with some controls, and the pull of a lever. The glowing starlines of hyperspace were gone. Naboo loomed ahead, green and rich within the confines of the viewscreen. The first thing she did was to activate all of the deflector shields and make sure that the blaster cannons were ready to be used. Though she sensed no enemy ships in her immediate vicinity, Nesrin didn't think it was wise to risk getting into a fight.
So that defense system they established didn't quite work out, did it?
The lower she descended through the atmosphere, the more she became aware that there were Sith on the planet, in large numbers. Of course they'd reciprocate the attack, since their homeworld was being threatened. Still, Nesrin hoped she wouldn't run into too much trouble.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Theed - Korran and Jabez
After landing her ship someplace fairly safe, the Knight had taken the most secluded route into Theed that she personally knew. To keep a low profile she had chosen to wear civilian clothing instead of Jedi robes, but her lightsaber and blaster pistol still hung at her waist, ready to be grabbed and used if needed. Nesrin was aware that Sith could sense the Force-auras of most Jedi, so her disguise would be less than helpful if she happened to encounter one. She was consciously trying to mask her presence to keep it hidden as well, but that was proving to be harder than she thought. Still she walked on, drawing on the Force for calmness and strength.
And soon, shortly after entering the city and witnessing some of the fighting that was going on, a particular ripple in the Force seemed to draw her in. She felt its pull and so she followed, until she came upon the sight of a Jedi and a Sith Lord, surrounded by the bodies of dead soldiers. She didn't know the Sith, but recognised his small opponent.
It's that Jabez kid. And he's about to get slaughtered.
With quick decisive movements, Nesrin sprinted forward. Her hand shot out to release a burst of energy directed at the Sith. The other reached for her weapon.
”You might want to let him be,” she spoke as calmly as she could.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Transmutation rapidly progressed, the elongated body twisted within the force remerging as a being void of the nematoda appearance. A human, as her, stood before her. Death or darkness... a whisper within her mind echoing freely with chaos itself, as she looked upon the transformed Master Jedi. Death or darkness would come... not now. But all things were eventual. Those ways would be the only escape from the curse she brought to the worm.
Fueled by knowledge and Jedi sorcery, Mak warped the fields of time and space to bring him back to the lands of the living. But she would be a doll no longer. No longer at the whims of the worm, she forced herself to stay within the realms of Chaos, for she had deemed the necessary curse to the Jedi, desiring no more to fight nor to bring death- but to sit back and watch. To see if he could live with what he had become. What was of importance now was unfinished business within this treacherous land of the dead, even if it would mean her own death to find closure.
The voices, the pull of pain unrelenting. No longer.
Last time in the dominion of souls, her brother Horseman's spirit brought to her such persecution. Again and again the whisper did resound- Traitor. Again and again did her soul break within the torment of long past. But no longer the echo. No longer the purgatory she faced from the harrowing plague of Malice. Reaching out with all senses she called for Malice within Chaos, taunting him to come and finish what she had started so long ago. But no response came... He was gone.
Gone from the land of the dead. To walk on the land of the living.
Now their places were switched, and it was she who would breathe within the abysmal spirits of long past- doomed to walk the darkened depths of the inferno. But no rue stole within her heart for such condemnation, for it was among the shadows of the Darkside she desired, fueling her being with their decadence and beauty. Breathes of bleak origins surmounted in dark tendrils around her, the clouded breach between death and life seemed to stir within her footfalls through the perdition.
A memory loosely surfaced of Cerberus, for in her death she would be sentenced to Chaos- but his spirit was not of the Inferno in woe. Searching for her son through the Force stirred no finds; he was within the regions of the Elysium. Never would she see him again... her own soul damned for ne'er more. His saved through the blood of his father. Blue eyes that mimicked her own... o'how she would give her last wish to see them once more.
But that fate would not come. The accursed and blessed forever divided.
Eyes darkened with sadness glanced out to the billows of tendrils that quivered to and fro; the screams erupting within the leadened mass neverending in its pitch of wretchedness. A trace of her own desolation within, always to be without Cerberus... a ruination of her life by her own hand. Love even seemed so intricate a feat for her as well, always running from such affections. By death, as with Je'gan. By bringing such torture, as with Brayden.
Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Talon / Chloe
As the Sith stepped out of the cargo hold, Metran doused his saber. He didn't trust the Sith at all, but nothing had happened so far that warranted a fight. Besides - Met' had no idea how good this Sith was. Under the circumstances, fighting was best left as a last resort. The contraditions in their stance and appearance wasn't lost on Met': he was the Jedi - dressed in black combat togs and keeping his saber in hand, while the Sith was dressed in flowing white and making no threatening moves.
Hopefully Chloe knew enough not to judge by appearances.
"So: what brings you here? I'm assuming it's not my sunny disposition: we've never met."
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Daritha stopped his spear as the new Jedi, a woman at that, arrived to the scene. He winked yet again to the Jedi in front of him, and said, "Give me a moment please. Do not worry, we will continue this fight soon enough but I must assess the situation with your lady friend. Remember you Jedi are not permitted to love so there better be nothing going on here, you understand me?" He talked down to the Jedi in front of him, as if he was a parent telling a child the rules.
He set the spear on the ground, the axe head side now touching the floor. The Sith Master made a grande, comical bow to the new arrival. The black holes that were where his eyes would be in the mask never leaving hers. "Why should I leave him be? Are you going to try and stop me? Honestly, I do not believe you are capable. Maybe if you two worked together a bit you might hold a chance, but even then I doubt it. The boy is weak, you will probably be no different." His tone was uncharacteristicly serious, he fealt no need in playing games with this woman.
She was not worth his time, he had goals. Theed would be his soon after these two were done with. Sith should be moving in on varoius fronts, others were arriving as far as he knew. She was a minor problem, so was the boy. If a master were to show up things might grow interesting, if not challenging. Most of those were focused elsewhere, spread out between Korriban and Coruscant. Few could possibly be left on Naboo.
His defense had proven solid, the attack from his opponent hadn't gotten through. But Jabez knew that this couldn't last forever, sooner or later he wouldn't be able to be fast enough. The young Knight would stay on the defense for now, though, and wait for something of an opening. Of course, the Sith wouldn't continue to attack with the ax. That would have made things was too simple. After all, any pattern at all would have helped Jabez. There would be none, however, and ax went above the Sith's head.
A slight wink, almost indistinguishable as the spear end of it went towards the young Knight's stomach. The lightsaber went to meet it, though something told Jabez that this was the end. This was going to be the moment in which he finally became one with the force. Yet, the attack stopped. Something had caused the Sith to stop the attack. It was another Jedi, a Knight that Jabez could have sworn that he had met at some point. But that was irrelevant, right now. All that mattered was making sure that this Sith was stopped.
He looked at the man, almost shocked at the fact that this person was still going on about the Jedi Code. Love, a forbidden emotion, that was something he thought was between the two of them. This only caused Jabez to chuckle. "Don't lecture me about the Jedi Code, Sith. That would be as illogical as me lecturing you about whatever Code you Sith follow. Then again, you're more arrogant that I'll ever be." The Jedi in question, Nesrin, looked to be in her mid-twenties. If anything else, the fact she looked like an adult, and Jabez a child, made the Sith's words nothing but a silly phrase.
But then it was even sillier when he started to talk to her. So arrogant. How does he expect to take on two Knights? But they would have to work together. Right now, though, Jabez saw an opening he couldn't refuse. After all, the Sith had turned away from an opponent who had a lightsaber ready.
Turned to look at somebody who hadn't really tried to attack. Now was the time. A quick thrust, aimed for his side, then pulling up right before it would even hit. The intent was for it to slice through his arm, hopefully making his weapon less possible to wield. Not only that, but he could build off of it. Nesrin had provided the right help, at least she distracted the Sith.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Still racing down the cobbled streets, Monnik noted that the presence of the Jedi wasn’t getting any further from him as he moved from the temple. It felt odd to be running away from his enemy, and being chased like some quarry. He kept up the immense speed until he came to the place where the shuttle that would take him off the planet rested in a small private dock.
He stopped and turned to face his pursuer when he arrived, watching the streak of colour that was Master Vondiranach. Once more, Domovoi’s fingers curled around his sabre’s sleeping hilt, but he didn’t remove it from its holster yet.
“Stand down, Jedi, or you’ll find me to be much less pleasant than I have been,” he made the command with a little inward smirk, knowing full well how pleasant the Jedi considered him.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Following Monnik led him through street after street. Apparantly most people had taken refuge within their homes as the only people he ever saw while running were soldiers. Somewhere nearby he could hear the distinct sound of one of the newly purchased Loronar craft as it whirred and hummed while holding itself in place, prepared to do whatever was needed as soon as it was necessary. They passed through to where a shuttle was waiting and he saw Monnik halt so he skidded to a halt himself.
Both of his blades were still held firmly in his hand as he looked at the sith. The words that the man said only drew a grin upon his features. Apparantly Monnik didn't know Kamon all that well. If he had, he would have known that Kamon never backed down from a fight and that threats were as good as useless with him. Monnik was cornered whether he realized it or not. It was either leave now, or fight once again.
"I'll stand down once you're off my planet, Monnik. Leave now, while I'm willing to let you."
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Daritha's perception in the Force to know that the male Jedi was about to attack. It bored him how simple the attack was, he stepped to the side more to get out of saber range of the Jedi. Few really understood how often just sidestep could take them out of an attack's range. Despite being safe, for the most part, from his movement he wanted to be on the offensive, not the Jedi.
He turned and hit the lightsaber sideways with his spear, spear tip focused on the Jedi's face. The tip gleamed in the sunlight as it pointed at the man's face from a foot and a half away. "Heh, that was bold of you, attacking and all before the woman could answer. I would have atleast thought that you, as a Jedi, would have the honor to let the battle break long enough for me to finish my talk with the lady Jedi."
He lunged forward, his spear tip going right towards the Jedi's face, but that was not where the attack was oriented. His pear began to rotate, and a side of the axe blade went arcing upward towards the Jedi's pelvis. In theory the blow would completely rip the Jedi in half from his buttom up.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
With a crunch, C'orringath's foot impacted against Caleb's chest, and the Jedi master landed tersely, lightly on the balls of his feet. Instantly, the Jedi master whirled around, whipping his right handed around, C'orringath prepared to face whatever Abaddon had prepared for him, only to find that the Jedi had been knocked out of the fight from some other outside force. After seeing the Sith master, Mason England, standing where Abaddon had been, C'orringath only assumed that the tremor in the Force he had felt was from Mason, who had, apparently, knocked Abaddon out of the fight.
With both Abaddon and Caleb down, C'orringath's left hand finished its task, and withdrew his second lightsaber. This lightsaber, a straight-hilt model as opposed to curved, was obviously crafted by another Jedi, but C'orringath wielded it, and it allowed itself to be wielded, as though it was C'orringath's own. Brandishing this saber, C'orringath pointed it right at Caleb's face, while his right handed saber, a dual-phase model, extended so as to keep Abaddon in check. Now that he had them both under his blade, he did not move to kill them, but simply spoke.
"...By obvious creed of the Jedi Code, both of you, Jedi Knights Caleb Torran and Abaddon Velshaar, are put under arrest, for disturbing the peace, failing to preserve harmony, and attempting to incite war and conflict without suitable evidence or due cause. Please, hand over your lightsabers to me, and there will be little trouble."
His gaze turned, furtively, to Mason, and then back to the two Jedi on the ground; after that single glance it would be obvious who he was talking to.
"I believe these two to be part of the Jedi terrorists that your government has tried so hard to apprehend. Now that they are in my custody, I am willing to turn them over to your government, to be dealt with as they should be."
Theed: Korran & Jabez
So arrogant he was, but he was also right about one thing and that's what worried Nesrin now. This man was powerful, she could feel it. She was confident in her own skills, but who knew what sort of evil tricks he could possibly have up his sleeve...
She was about to answer him but was cut short when Jabez decided to strike. His attack was simple and easily avoided, but it served its purpose. Korran's attention was now focused upon the young Knight, telling him something that Nesrin didn't hear over the sound of her blade springing to life. And then the Sith was attacking again.
A hand went to her belt, and wrapped not around the hilt of a saber but around her blaster, which she slipped out of its holster and pointed at Korran's back, firing three quick shots in succession. No, it wasn't noble. It wasn't what one would have expected a Jedi to do. However, at that moment Nesrin didn't care. The odds were hardly in her favour: a fairly experienced Jedi and a young inexperienced one, against a mighty Sith Lord who would stop at nothing to defeat them. She only hoped that Jabez had enough sense to step aside if the bolts missed and headed for him...
Her other hand still held the lightsaber in a fairly tight grip. After the seconds it took her to place the pistol back, Nesrin folded her other hand around the hilt and got into an adequate defensive stance, ready to fight as much as was needed.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Metran/Chloe
"The force of course." Talon said to Metran as he moved around the kitchenette prepairing the tea. "I could have stayed and added my weight to the inevitable defeat of the Jedi upon Korriban but I felt a strong need to board the Phoenix, one that I could not ignore."
Talon emerged from the kitchenette with his tea, leaving enough tea left over for the other two should they decide they wanted some. He moved to stand and peer around the vessel, lost for a moment in his memories. Very little had changed within the vessel except the obvious addition of the cloaking device and the odd personal knic-knac of Hawk's.
"I know how old you are youngling and I'm not surprised that you do not recall having met me before, you were only two at the time and I was still a Jedi."
He could sense that the two Jedi were still quite guarded around him, which was probably quite wise, at least for the Knight, Talon would never do anything to harm Chloe. The young girl seemed quite disillusioned with her father and Talon sympathized with her, it had to be hard for any child to have a father who was always in such demand and Talon also knew that as much as it pained him, Hawk distanced himself from his children until they had reached Knighthood, Talon himself had been the one to look after Thea and Hayden, Chloe's sister and brother when they were Padawans. It might have seemed harsh and cruel to the young girl right now but it was for her own benefit, she had to learn to get by without her daddy being there to make everything better.
"Don't be too harsh on your father, Chloe, even I as a Sith know that he cares very much for you and loves you. I have a feeling though that he'll be wanting his ship back, you should see my ship some time, its magnificent."
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
He closed his eyes, and slowly began slowing down his heartbeat. Each thump seemed to echo in the dark room, loud, like the beating of a drum.
If he did it once, he could do it once, he could do it again.
Cross over on the brink of death, then force himself free of hell's gate once more, and bring Sky back.
He reached into the folds of his robes, and pulled out a small dagger, covered in various Sith symbols.
The Dagger that had bound them by blood, would now spill his to bring them together again.
He raised it, and plunged it into the already bleeding wound created by Corringath.
Pain shot through his body, and his vision began to fade, his heart still thumping in his ear, though the beats seemed hours apart.
And then, as he seemed to feel death's grasp coming down upon him, the room dissolved, and the darkness of Chaos lay before him.
