Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Korriban - Axelyn / Jehovah
Niko could feel the dark energy as it got closer to him. Deep down inside something looked forward to its approach, desiring its power. As the power hit him, instead of causing harm as it was intended, it was absorbed by the spirit within.
:whispers of the spirit:“Kill this simple fool before he destroys you. If this battle continues you will be weakened and destroyed.”
A wave of sickness came to Niko and he fell to one knee. He wasn’t alone in his mind anymore, something had managed to hitchhike itself into his mind. Opening his own thoughts to the Sith spirit Niko responded. “This Sith has done nothing to warrant his death, he may yet be saved. You however are not welcome here, I will destroy you.” The Sith spirit began to retreat into his mind, digging deeper to avoid any attempt Niko could make to remove it.
Knowing that there was nothing he could do for now to remove this Sith Niko turned his attention back to the Sith Apprentice. “Impressive your understanding of the Force is strong, but the darkside will destroy you. Leave this battle now, there will be other fields to fight on. May the Force guide you to the light.”

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Corri, Caleb, KC and the Sunshine Band, everyone else who's with them. You know who you are... Oh, Rach too.
"Only if it is by our hands, my lady." he said lightly, stepping into the transport. He helped her in, the soldiers parting for her. They knew who she was, and they bowed in respect to her. When she found her seat, the transport was off. True, Avicus could feel it as well. Was this a sign of the decay of the Jedi? Had they been without contest from the Darkness for so long that they turned on themselves?
The screen in front of him distracted his thoughts. It was the replayed segment of Ms. Luna's pro-Sith broadcast. He smirked, the men falling silent. Crossing his arms, he listened to what the woman had to say, his eyes drifted to the city as it passed by underneath. "Come out, come out wherever you are..." he seemed to whisper to the streets below.
As he turned back to the screen, the broadcast was over, but a commercial came on. The screen started black, faded into a man standing in the middle of raging sands. A hood is drooped over his head, his face not visible to the camera. The narrator's deep voice overtook the scene. "When we last left Jacen Cloudrunner on Korriban, we thought the worst was over." The man holds a lightsaber blade in front of his face, the red blade jumping to life before him. The screen went black again, the narrator's voice coming back.
"Ten years later, the Galaxy is in need of him again."
Jacen Cloudrunner stands in a dark room. A young woman paces in front of him. "We need you back, Master Cloudrunner. The Sith have returned, stronger then ever." Jacen scoffs, brushing his arms off. "You were smart when I trained you as my padawan, but what happened to you? You know I'm not a Jedi anymore, not after my wife turned, and killed by son." She looked back to him, a frown on her face.
"That's just it... Your son is alive. They have him."
The screen flashes to an old man standing before the Jedi Council. "I don't care what you all say. He's reckless and will put us all in danger. Jacen Cloudrunner should not, ever, be accepted back into the Jedi Order. Jacen walks in, his blue lightsaber springing to life as he lights his cigar with it. "But, Master Looda. I was your favorite student..." The screen goes black as the music begins to play in the background.
Lightsaber battles, explosions, the whole nine yards flash on the screen. The narrator begins to speak again. "This summer, prepare to witness evolution in action movies. The long awaited sequel from legendary director George Palpatine. This film will bring you to a higher understanding of the action genre, and will want you begging for more." Jacen walks into an old tomb, but stops as he hears two lightsabers activating. The camera pans to the woman and she smirks.
"Hello, lover." she says lightly.
Many more random explosions and combat scenes flash by as the narrator begins to speak again. "This summer, Jorgon VonStrangle returns to the box office in..." Jacen leaps forward, covering a small boy as an explosive goes off behind him. "Get down!" the Jedi screams. The narrator picks right off where he was cut off. "Last Action Jedi 2: The Return of the Sith'ari. Rated R." And with that, the commercial was over.
"For ridiculous." the knight hissed.
The men roared in laughter as Sennou made his way to the cockpit. Pointing to a group of people on the street, he smirked. "There. Drop us there." The pilot nodded, taking the transport down. Making short work, as soon as the transport landed, the soldiers hopped out. As Avicus and Rach stepped off, the transport picked back up, taking off. The soldiers raised their guns to the Jedi, but the group of Sith came upon the Jedi as the young knight attacked C'orringath.
"What should we do, sir?" the men asked. Avicus raised his eyebrow, looking at the scene. His lips pressed forward, a confused look on his face. He turned back to Rach, shrugging his shoulders. "For once, I'm actually at a loss for words. So, yeah... What do we do in a situation like this?"
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Naboo - Sky, Brayden
The silence that emitted from her talking was... awkward. He had expected a sly answer from her, on how he was going to die under her blade, and that she, Brayden, and the Galaxy would be finally rid of the worm known as Mak Manto.
He was shocked, though. The last time she had been in Chaos, she was deathly afraid of it. Since it was not her time to be down there, she had wanted out, in fear of the spirit of what he could only presume to be the other Horseman, Malice.
So, either she was ready, or there was another reason. A reason that was making her look as if she was relishing the greatest terror in her life.
At that moment, he felt the wave of death hit him. Knowing exactly why she was afraid, he knew she felt it first, because she was his lover, and was close to him. She would know immeaditely.
Brayden was dead.
So, she wanted him to go to Chaos and, most likely, hunt for Brayden. It was suicide, of course, but he didn't have a better chance to stop her, right here and now. There would be no better chance at getting her.
Stretching out his hands, he felt the Force crawl through his finers, and as he closed his eyes, he could see a tiny crack in the back of his mind. As he continued to let out the Force, a hole came, and a second later, it became a portal.
Opening his eyes, the fabric of space and time was bent in front of his eyes, and he saw a black opening where the portal met. As he and Sky stepped through, the screams of terror and pain met their ears.
"Welcome home. It'd be best to find Brayden before something finds us."Edited by: Mak Manto at: 8/8/07 9:54 pm
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
A cold breath wheezed itself out of Bryan as he heard the chilling words of Master Durron, his hand reached for the lightsaber that stood still at his side, a moment of awe struck him like a bullet to the heart. A silent memorial for all of the ones that had fallen that day and maybe for the young woman before him, the one with the bronzed hair, the blue eyes- eyes filled with innocence, eyes of peace, acceptance, and even forgiveness. A prayer for Bryan himself, as he knew that he had a better chance of dying in battle than the young Sophia. He was not that good looking, he was older, and he was more reckless than the young woman that even in training showed enough finesse to beat another Padawan in a spar.
His hand placed itself on the shoulder of Sophia, his other on the other. And with a moment of silence he spoke to her through the Force. Something Sophia had yet to learn. //Sophia, I want you to know...to know that I love you!// He whispered through the Force. He knew it would take a moment to reach her. It was almost as though the Force was reaching different networks, like it had to connect to her awareness, her being it had to register it as a comment, as something not threatening. Then he felt the shock hit the body, the head lowered and a breathe was drawn in...poetry followed.
______________________________________________________________________________
Sophia saw the nearing planet’s beauty, even through the turmoil that wrought the planet with its disgrace, dragged it through the mud of oppression, and threw it against the imaginary wall of decay. A slippage of the Jedi could cause the death of the life of the planet, the life of the jewel of the galaxy. Now as Sophia saw it Coruscant was the diamond in the rough of the galaxy, its presence almost a blight on all that was good, all that was worth living for. Her eyes closed for a moment due to the grimace of the thought of the Sith using it for the breeding grounds of its darkness, the breeding grounds of its vile doings.
A jolt of the Force prodded her enough to jump a bit, the message got to her and she felt the warmness of it, its heart singing a ballad of love to the deafened ears. A sweet alternative to the depression that was the war. She felt the grace that came from her friend, the moment truly scared her as she turned, grabbing his hands. A quick blink as she looked into his green eyes, his frigid green eyes she felt his heart sink as she dropped his hands and almost broke down into a tearful cry. “Bryan, I feel the same way...but, but the Code frowns upon such things.” She said as she thought of the future she could have had with Bryan, the future with children running in the meadows of Dantooine, the hills of Onderon, and the flowing trees of the Wookie Planet.
As she turned back around without saying anything she straightened her robes, wiping the tear that had formed from the corner of her eye she looked back out at the planet, then to the deep core of its heart. Right now it was the same as she was feeling, oppressed, confused, and torn. She knew that if she felt grief she would be susceptible to the Dark Side’s chilling call, its echo in the force almost deafening the lightside to all that if bounced off of. “Master Kyp, I think I can handle myself. You will not have to come with me. Bryan and I shall go and try to make peaceful negotiations.” She spoke in a hurry as she gathered her thought on the recent development.
Looking back down at the silver cylinder that held the purple beam, a beam that could end lives as well as save them. And right now Sophia was contemplating taking the life of the galaxy, just to feed her suffering and give it a scapegoat. Quickly she snapped out of it, she knew that if she were to fall to the Darkside she would never come back, she would be a changed person, her life would never be the same. All of the fun she had been through with her friends would be gone, she would never be able to feel secure with herself as her master criticized her work and hit her until it was better and she was able to get it done exactly as she saw it fit.
“Master Kyp, are we ready to go?” She said as she took a firm grasp to the backpacks that belonged to her Master and herself. She saw that Bryan had already gotten his own. “I am ready to get this war over with as soon as possible.” She whispered to herself as she could feel the darkness that enveloped the planet grasp its core and squeeze all of the life out of its core.
Bye for now
Cheers

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)"Always in motion is the future," Kyp said to her, nodding to Bryan as he did so. The future that she had seen wasn't unreachable, but she would have to take a leap of faith to make it so. Of course, Kyp had once been offered that opportunity. But the vision that presented itself to him showed him how choosing the path of enjoyment and fulfillment would harm more people than the one of loneliness and humility.
"Peaceful negotiations are only useful when made with the knowledge of the situation, and with the experience. I shall not forbid you from going out on your own, but I will make the point now that, as your Jedi Master, I highly recommend not leaving this ship. It is completely your choice, but it is a choice that you may come to regret." He sighed, and leant down to slide his lightsabers into his boots, standing straight and opening his robes to confirm that he did indeed seem completely unarmed.
"I am ready to go. You must do as you see fit. Don't forget to keep the doors locked after you leave. I will be back - and if I'm not going to get back, you will sense it. Hopefully that will not be the case." He shook his head, wondering why he was doing what he was, and stepped onto the ramp that had already been lowered onto the planet's surface.
"This battle will be over within a few hours, but the war will never end between the Jedi and the Sith, I fear." But if it was to happen, it would either be a Sith victory when the galaxy turned to anger and vengeance to solve disputes, or a Jedi victory if they turned to cooperation and compromise.
"I must take my own route, wherever it may lead," he said simply, walking away into the building next to them, and reaching out with the Force to choose his target.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Chloe
She wants to go to Coruscant ...
Metran's shoulder's sagged at Chloe's request. The kid wanted to go from one Sith world to another - it was impossible. If he was flying his own freighter, maybe - but he had taken Hawk's ship solely on the moral imperitive of protecting this child. Taking her to a Sith world where they both could be arrested just for being Jedi wouldn't exactly fall in line with that reasoning.
"Chloe - I'm sorry, but that's not possible. I'm already going to end up on probation for taking this ship - the only way that I'm going to be forgiven is if I keep you safe. That means we are going home."
Met' set the ship's course for Naboo and punched the activation sequence, not knowing that Naboo had its own challenges waiting for them.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Alone...
Alone...
All Alone...
The silence started to drive at the will of Sophia, her fingers twirling as she sat next to Bryan in the Captain’s seat, her mouth ready to make words, but she froze. Her breathe seamed to chill at the thought of confronting her fears, her fears of losing one such as Bryan. A friend, an ally, a man who was worthy of a medal. To Sophia, Bryan was the epitome of manhood, he would jump when Sophia craved something, he would bow to her will. He would do whatever it took to satisfy the needs of the Jedi. And for this it weakened the girl, it showed her that everything would be handed to her, it showed that everything would come easily to her, it even showed her that taking the easy route would be easier, more enjoyable, even a bit on the good side.
“Bryan. I sense that there will be a moral battle between The Sith and the Jedi, and we shall be in the middle. I just fear that my sense are on paranoia, because I can’t stand to see you in any sort of danger, be it someone else threatening you or your own choices. Just please, do not leave me.” She said as she stood. The brown robes cascading over her legs, her hair floating over her shoulder in a moment of serenity as her steps headed towards the ramp that would lead to the call of the planet below them.
“We should leave. I trust you have your lightsaber?” She asked as she started towards the planet below. Her boots clicked heavily on the metallic ramp, her robes fluttering in a show of force as the winds blew towards her, towards her robes. She could feel the heavy steps taking a toll on everything she did. Her breaths becoming heavy and her lips dry as she felt the presence of the darkness around her, trapping her in its deep call. She grabbed her lightsaber in a motion of self defense and she stood there. Feeling the power of the Lightside clash with the darkness in a battle of epic proportions as her soul lay in the fray, a weak entity that could be crushed by either side if their stampeding armies got anywhere near it.
Tugging at her soul to get out of the way at the coming waves of assault it would sustain if it were to stay she made her way to the bottom of the ramp. Neither the light or the dark had shown true supremacy over her soul as she stood in the shadows of the towering buildings. A whisper crossed the winds in front of Sophia, her hands moving to her saber as it sounded all around her, the haunting voice coughed a name, a name filled with vice, with a dark mist that swirled to hide its true evil, a voice that haunted the thoughts of Sophia.
“Sophia..Sophia... Darth Sennou, death rings for you, Sophia, Sennou shall bring you the twilight.” It hissed in a mocking tone as it left a confused look on Sophia as the purple light sprung from its hiding place within the cylinder. A pause in her kilter as she saw the spirit disintegrate from the piercing kindness of her soul. A light that no evil spirit could withstand long enough.
“Bryan- we must leave now, I fear that our lives are in danger from a Sith, he shall kill us if we are not on our guard.” She spoke in a frightful voice as she turned to see her ally standing on the boarding ramp, a blue light erupted from his lightsaber in an epic show of courage as he flipped into the air and did a few front flips before landing a few feet in front of Sophia. His voice even and steady,
“I would give my life for you, Sophia.” He spoke as he looked into her eyes. Passion erupted between them as they stood there, defenseless.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)KORRIBAN Niko & Axelyn
Yes...evil was growing in the Jedi. He had been able to resist to this point, but the darkside would reign. It always did.
"I will not retreat to you." His voice remained still despite his failing stature. He had been overcome by the Knight and his student, failing to live up to his Master's expectations. But had he really?
The anger swelled within, its effect on him being the only thing keeping Jehovah standing. The pain had subsided, briefly overshadowed by the barbarious ferocity inside. "I will die before I let you embarass me on the home of my ancestors. There is no shame in death. There is only shame in you coming here, desecrating our burial grounds on a mission of vengeance. You claim to be Jedi, yet you are no better than those you swore to kill!"
He momentarily faultered, dropping to one knee. He forced himself back up, glaring at his sworn enemy. Why turn this man? Why not finish him?" Jehovah did not have the strength, only the will. But wasn't the will enough? Yes. It had to be.
Once again, he reached inside, the destructive demon that resided within taking hold of his being. He yelled in agony as he was overcome with the idea of his opponent prevailing on this day. Jehovah used this devilish energy to hurl a second wave of darkness at the Jedi. As it drifted from his body, he fell to the ground, exhausted. He could not find himself to move from his position, but could only watch as his last ounce of energy approached his enemy.

“I will tell the Council that I took Hawk’s ship. It’s my fault not yours and I don’t want you getting in trouble for something that I did. If daddy wants to be mad at me fine, I don’t care. You’re my first ever friend I don’t want you getting in trouble because of me.”
Chloe was shocked when he set the course for Naboo. He was the first person in her life to actually tell her no that she couldn’t have something. In a way she was mad but in another she was glad. It seemed someone cared about her. Without warning Chloe hugged him.

It was a satisfying sound, the sound of metal going through flesh. Not only that, but the sight of the blood as it made its presence known from the wound. Mikel looked at it, noticing drops hit the ground. Then the thoughts went through his mind, the way that he would normally react to such a sight not being the wisest in this case. After all, he would charge. That had almost proved fatal at Naboo, though he had gotten his revenge. Then Mikel pulled the blade closer to him, as if to feign a defense. It was almost obvious to him that the Jedi would attack. He could only hope that his words would have some effect.
"I attack so others don't have to. I risk my own soul for those who can't protect themselves."
“Still claiming the moral high ground on this? Still making this seem like some grand crusade that will do anything beyond further corrupt your order of self-righteous Guardian? Then you know nothing of the force. You know nothing, and you are nothing. Yet it wasn't too many years ago that I was just like you. Struggling to keep in the light, trying to forever get rid of the dark to save the people that were important to me. Always thinking that if I killed one more Sith, that it would mean that the light would finally triumph.” Then a simple laugh, Mikel couldn't believe he had been so naive.
And yet here he was now. Fighting on the opposite side of the spectrum. Yet he had grown wiser. “The light can never destroy the dark. It just can't prevail. And neither can the dark win against the light. I thought that they taught you in the temple, but it seems that they failed. The Sith will always be and the Jedi will always be.” Then he just stood there, almost as if he was waiting for the Jedi top abandom their foolish and futile quest. After all, they had failed just by attacking.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Sophia
Something tugged at him. There was more to the death and confusion before him. Something else was arise. Perhaps it was fate. Perhaps it was coincidence. Whatever it was, he would follow this tug. His intuitions had lead him this far. Why not continue to see what fate brought his way?
Lightly, he gripped Rach's hand, placing a small kiss on her knuckle. "Something calls to me, my Lady. I must be off." Giving a humble bow, he released her hand and began walking. He turned to his soldiers, smirking to them as he gave a half-ass salute. "Protect the Mistress, boys, and do as she says. She will not lead you astray." The captain nodded, saluting the Sith Lord as he walked off.
Yellow eyes were troubled as he followed the pull. His eyes followed the path before him. Nothing came into view. Well, nothing of importance. Just what was pulling him? What was so important? Yellow eyes stayed on the ground. He was so deep in thought that he almost ran into Sophia's ship. He paused, standing at its side. The beacon seemed to be from this place, but why?
It was then that he heard the ramp drop. Cloaking his presence, he approached the ramp. Yellow eyes fell on two Jedi Padawans. Sighing to himself, he shook his head. He had created such a trouble over two padawans. However, the girl seemed rather troubled. In her mind, he heard his name. He couldn't help but smirk to himself. A cigarette flew into Bryan's lightsaber, lighting it up as it flew back to Sennou's mouth.
He took a long drag, watching the female with interest, the show-off male, not so much. The knight brushed blue hair from his eyes as he exhaled the smoke from his nostrils. "Ready to die? Don't you think enough Jedi have fallen? It would be wise to get back on that pretty, little ship and fly back to your pretty, little planet with your pretty, little girlfriend. You may be ready to die, but wouldn't you just avoid your twilight all together if you had the oppurtunity?" The whole time he spoke, his eyes were on Sophia, but he addressed Bryan.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
“Gladly,” he answered at once, unfazed by his opponent’s intimidation.
A trick of the force brought his weapon into his hand once again and it sprang to life again, the orange hue illuminating the temple walls to join the blue. It had been some time since he’d duelled a genuine opponent, but his maintained training meant that the lethal weapon was as comfortable as a nib in his grasp. He held it before him, angled towards the core of his enemy. With one foot placed behind the other, he offered himself ample support, but also the freedom of movement required for his preferred defensive style of fighting.
He was pleased with this Jedi. He wasn’t reluctant to draw swords when it was clearly inevitable. Monnik would force such fools to suffer disrespectful banter before he would oblige them in combat. Now, though, he only took the time he needed to be perfectly prepared, then struck without needing to speak again.
He took a quick step in, wary of his opponents multiple weapons, and his blade clashed against one of the blue, then to the other to keep himself safe from it’s attack. The move engaged the combat, but neither was in serious danger, as he allowed himself to move fluidly out of the danger area quickly.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Chloe/ Metran
Having moved like a wraith through the hordes of creatures summoned to protect Korriban and stepped unnoticed through the lines of petrified Jedi, Talon, a mere glimmer at the corner of ones eye which disappeared should they turn his way moved with confidence towards a vessel that he knew so very well, a ship where he had spent the majority of his boyhood with his father making smuggling runs throughout the Republic and fringe worlds.
The Phoenix which Talon had always assumed that he would inherit but had instead been given to his cousin Hawk when he joined the Jedi stood before him, he peered around, sharp emerald green eyes surveying the carnage going on all around him, the shroud of darkness keeping him from sight might not have been perfect by any means but in such conditions the Jedi had so much more to worry about than him.
Quickly Talon darted aboard but before he could even think about firing up the engines he heard voices and concealed himself in the old hidden cargo bay, chancing a peek to see his cousins very own daughter and a Jedi that he did not know entering the Phoenix. It was a wonder to him that the other Jedi had been simply able to enter the Phoenix unharrassed by its security system, perhaps seeing as he had entered with a Hinata the security system had taken him for a guest.
A wicked smile crossed the Sith Knight's face as the two discussed their destination, they were to head to Naboo and Talon relished the devestation that he could wreak there with the Jedi forces focused on Korriban and Coruscant, no doubt news of dark dealings upon their own home would further plunge the spirits of the Jedi who fought upon this doomed endevour.
*Chloe....Chloe....* Talon's voice echoed in the childs mind twice and then no more, he did not want to alert her to his presence, not just yet, but he did want to begin to infiltrate her mind and it would be much easier if she were opening her mind, reaching out to find the voice.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
A low growl emanated from the Jedi as he dropped back into a fighting stance. It would almost be worth killing this Sith just to shut him the hell up. Almost.
"I've been on both sides of this conflict - a warrior of the Dark and a servant of the Light. And let me tell you: I'd rather die as a Jedi than live as a Sith. So..."
Zelazny dropped back into a fighting stance then leapt, twirling in midair so he landed behind the Sith. His blade moved faster than it had done before, striking toward the Darksider's weak points. No sense trying to disarm. This fight would end in death.

It was the dread that woke him, the sorrow, the fear.
He opened his eyes, once again staring into the darkness before him, trying to figure out what it was causing him to feel this. And then he realised the feelings were not his own.
Sky!
He sat up sharply, and pain rushed through his body again. But he ignored it, pushing through it. He didn't know how, but he knew what Sky would be doing.
An explosion rocked the dark room, and from this he assessed that he had most likely, been able to return himself to Coruscant.
He leant up against the wall, trying desperately to concentrate, to contact Sky before she passed into Chaos.

As the ship rolled through Hyperspace, Chloe supprised the gristled Jedi with the kind of hug that only a child could offer. Met' responded gently, accepting her gift in the manner of a favored uncle. "Don't worry about me: I did what was right. I'm sure your father will understand ..."
Suddenly Met' stiffened. There was something in the air; something sinister. Opening his senses, he followed the trail back to it's source. Heysusmarimba: you'd think admitting we were beat would be enough.
"Stay here." Picking up his saber, Met' left the cockpit and stepped back towards the cargo bay. The blade was quickly ignited, as he had no intention of giving the Sith an inch. Stopping several feet from the door, he set himself in a balanced stance and faced the source of the darkness.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Naboo - Monnik
As prepared as he was for this battle, the quick step in and strike were easily parried with Kamon's forward blade. He watched then, as Monnik stepped back away from him, out of range of both of his weapons once more. This was the way most battles started, it would seem. One probbed the other's defenses, the other continuously kept on the defensive. He wasn't about to take a leap of faith and advance on Monnik, not yet anyways. There might come a time for that, but this wasn't it.
Twirling his right blade around in his hand, he pointed the tip of it back towards Monnik where before it had been pointed back behind him. If Kamon knew anything, he knew that by the end of this battle they were both going to end up injured and extremely tired. Kamon was fortunate enough to be right outside of his temple where he could receive treatment with ease. That was if he survived, of course. Monnik was a Master and so was Kamon.. This was definately going to be an interesting fight.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Bryan’s hand glided towards his blaster pistol as he felt the darkness creep around them, grasping their wills and twisting them with a gasping fist clad in a fiery evil. Neither the blaster nor the lightsaber were going to be enough for the Padawan he knew, but he also knew that the light side of the Force would help him all it could. But there was a bad part about it and that was that the light side was spread across the planet thin because of the fact that there were a lot of Jedi tempted by the Darkness and its false promises of goods and riches. Even powers beyond their wildest dreams. Many Jedi had already taken the plunge into the dark depths of the Force, their souls never to return. Some even tried to kill everyone. Including the Sith and Jedi that were their, their souls twisted in half by the darkness and sewn back together by the light, causing one bigger monster, one that would only be tamed by a means of death.
“Your twilight sounds like a child’s game to me, Sith scum.” Hissed the Jedi as he paced in front of Sophia, his blade sizzling with anger and agression as he tried to protect the young girl. “Sophia, get back on the ship. I want you to be safe, I can protect you.” He said with a worried tone, nis blue lightsaber’s aura bounced off the sleek metal of the blaster pistol that he grasped in his left hand. His eyes turned to the darkness where he saw the orange light seize all of the attention of the darkness, creating a void of it as the Sith stood there, ready to kill the Jedi.
Sophia’s hand gripped the hilt of her new lightsaber, the metal felt cooler than it had before. Maybe it was the rage that passed through her veins as she heard the words coming from Bryan, regarding her like she was smaller and less of a person for her size. Her hand quickly ingnited the lightsaber, a moment of hesitation grasped her and shook some of the sense that was left inside her to awaken. Her mind was opened to all that was around her, there were dark places and places of light, the Jedi had brought their light upon the planet and they had scared some of the darkness that was approaching away. Making it more hospitibal for those who chose to follow the path of the Jedi.
“Bryan, never say that again. I am a grown woman, I can take care of myself without you.” She hissed as the hand reached out and grasped her friend’s blaster pistol, a slight laugh escaped her lips as she dropped her lightsaber and the purple light extinguished. Her friend taking the hint let go of his lightsaber also, and there was darkness...save for the cigarette that was clenched between the lips of the Sith. Aiming the blaster rifle at her enemy she fired three shots at him.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Hadn't he tried to reason? Hadn't he given them plenty of time to get off of the planet and avoid this situation all together? He had, and they failed to respond. The force had already warned him of her intentions, so as their lightsabers deactivated, one of his green hilts jumped to his free hand. As the blaster fire came his way, the white lava blade sprang to life, deflecting each bolt with a mere shift in his wrist. The very last bolt was reflected right back to Bryan, and hit the padawan in the gut.
As he clutched the wound, Avicus took a drag off of the cigarette. "Does it seem like a child's game now, Jedi? Where is your lightside to protect you? Why were you so foolish as to take down your blade? Did you think that I could've honestly been shot down by this... grown woman, as she puts it?" His pride didn't take insults well. It certainly didn't take it well when his offers of kindness were thrown back in his face.
A quiet rage overcame him as the black tendrils of the force reached out to the male padawan. Entering the hole in his stomach, it gripped the organs within. With a mere wave of his finger, Bryan's innards were violently tugged out of him, spilling onto the ramp. Dropping to his knees, the boy began to panic. His hands grasped his organs feverishly as he attempted to put them back in. Every second he became weaker from loss of blood.
Every second, he drew near the twilight.
Avicus couldn't help but laugh at the spectacle. "Yes, Jedi. Now this is a fun game, isn't it?" The black tendrils wrapped around the padawan, picking him up as he was violently slammed onto the hull of the ship, over and over again. Finally, his body couldn't take the pressure, and the padawan snapped. Avicus released him from his dark side hold, and watched his limp, lifeless body fall back to the ramp. Silence overtook the scene, save for the humming of his lightsaber and the dripping of Bryan's blood from the hull and the ramp.
"Remember your place in the natural order of things, for the darkness will always consume the light."
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Corrie, Abaddon, Avicus, Shakti, Mason.
The words of Abaddon served to calm him for however short a duration. His saber blocked he took a silent step back, as new entrant Jedi Knight tried to reason with the Jedi Master who Caleb thought had gone insane.
He was skeptical, unsure.
"Master Torran, please. You cannot kill him. It's not the way of the Jedi. He must stand trial... Please, calm your anger."
He hissed under his breath.
"Way of the Jedi? WAY OF THE JEDI? THIS MADNESS IS THE JEDI WAY YOU SPEAK OFF?"
He was shouting now, without realizing he was shouting. Maddened, angered beyond control he was about to launch another attack when the younger Jedi spoke again.
"Listen to reason."
He paused then... reason.
Listen to reason. Think, who you are.
For a moment there was a pull, an overwhelming desire to not listen, not accept. Not restrain himself, for once all his heart ached to met out his own brand of justice. To seize control of all the powers that the force bestowed upon him and lash out with it.
To do something. To fix something.
It was at the precise moment that it finally struck him how close he was to the dark side of the force, and how much like a fallen Jedi he sounded and thought.
Something snapped within.
Reason.
He bowed his head in shame...shame at being ready to throw away everything he had been taught for petty revenge. Shame at being so weak in his faith to the Jedi that he could not even wait to trust their justice.
Shame at his near fall.
He looked up again and heard Master Corrignath's words. He saw a similar anger, no felt a similar anger sweep through the Jedi Master's form. Saw him defend his actions with both words and the promise of force.
Were the Jedi Council wrong in their assault on Coruscant. Caleb did not believe so, would never believe so. Not after living among the people of Coruscant who were little more than slaves and fodder to the Sith, living among those who didnt matter to the Elite. Living amongst the poor. No this planet needed liberation, these people needed freedom.
Freedom.
What was it that the old man had said? Only way I will ever be free is if you take up that lightsaber and end my life.
This world of forlorn hope had desperately needed the light of the Jedi, but Corringath believed otherwise. And the fact that he chose to justify his murder of a fellow Jedi with his belief that the assault had been unjust only served to cement Caleb;s conviction that the man was a criminal.
He would have presented his argument, but he chose not to. Knew it would be wasted on deaf ears. Instead he chose those vital moments to calm his own raging mind down. Abaddon Velshaar's sincere words, spoken by a truer Jedi than Caleb had been in a long time had woken much up in the man. And these values that had now resurfaced, he never wished to lose again.
"There is no death."
His ears pricked, his eyes narrowed as Master Corringath leaped into action. He held back saw the Jedi Master become a veritable blur, felt him more than saw him charge down after attacking the Jedi who had just sought to save his life. Saw his lightsaber extended.
I see you.
He shimmered for a moment, as he stood still and still moved far faster than the human eye could decipher clearly. The Speed of the force. Move, as fast as you can will. And he moved. Somewhere in the periphery soldiers were arriving, perhaps even Sith...it mattered not. He was beyond the cares of time for now, moving as fast he he could will.
And he could will.
In his vision Master Corringath sprang out of the blur and into focus, after that his instincts took over, he parried down the thrust and responded with a quick slash aimed for the Jedi's wrist, aimed to disarm him.
He reached out with his mind and briefly touched his opponent's.
"I am a Jedi, and you will stand trial for your crime.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
The body lay there, the teachings lay there, had this been what the Jedi Order was reduced to, weak people who offered their help and were shot down without a second thought? A cool rage filtered through her body as she felt the darkness enter her bitter soul, its power manifesting within her body, the Force was set wild, it grew within her min, it sought out all of the memories of glee and joy and destroyed them, it made them sour and full of regret. Her vision turned into a deep red as she smelt the fear of her own self. She felt the fear of what she had become, she had become everything she swore to protect the galaxy against. She had become a creature of the darkness, she had given in.
“Dark Lord, Sennou, I presume? I see your work. I envy your lack of emotions, I envy your lack of morals. I even envy the fact that you still live while I die. I know that you want me to strike you down. But I also know that that will seal my fate with the Sith, and I know that you would love for that to happen.” She paused, now she could see the light of her words. The darkness was being chased off by the thoughts that had retaliated, the warm thoughts of being a child and playing with her parents, being with Bryan, and even when she came to Naboo and started her training. She thought of those times and the she knew that she was going to be fine.
“A wise master once taught me something that I shall never forget, Sith.” She paused, her hand reaching out with the Force and grasped the metallic cylinder, its metallic body relishing in the palm of the calm Jedi. Even though her emotions were wrecked she had the appearance of a calm, collected, knowledgeable being. She gathered her emotions and let them prosper with the light. She had learned before that when one dies those that morn should stop and they shall be happy for their friend is one with the Force, their spirit shall live on forever. A dainty hand reached into the grey @#%$ under the robes and pulled out three small necklaces, their blue hue almost glowed in the eerie light of Coruscant. Their entities dangled and clashed together as she started to walk towards the Siht who had just annihilated her friend.
“An eye for and eye- and the whole galaxy goes blind.” She repeated to herself as the purple light sprang from within the cylinder, out poured all of the emotions that the Jedi Padawan felt, cascading through the metal and out into the form of a purple beam. She felt centered for a moment, her thoughts like waves- coming in and going out. She knew that if she were a wreck she would be suseptable to the Darkness that shielded the planet in its deep vibes of evil.
There is no emotion, there is peace
She hummed as she neared the Sith, the purple blade casting a grimace of a shadow over the pale woman’s face, her skin light up with a peaceful anger, the anger was suppressed but it was the root of all of her actions. It was as though it was her own inner demon coming out and mixing with the rest of her. She felt its grip on her heart, its grip on her. She dispelled it without a second thought, she would not let the darkness wrap its tendrils around her soul without a fight. Her eyes narrowed and scanned her enemy as she paused fifteen feet in front of him. And another moment elapsed before she spoke again, this time she said it loud enough so the other man could hear it.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
Her voice drifted as she looked down at her lightsaber, she looked back up at the man...there was a peaceful barrier between them, she started to hum to him but she knew that if she did it would break the trance of peace that she had going for herself and she would drift into eternal darkness forever.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
She whispered to the Sith Lord as her blade closed the gap from her to him, it didn’t touch him, but it was close enough to almost hit him. Then she drew the blade to around an inch from her placid face, she felt the darkness dissipate from her body as the beacon of the Jedi shone so close to her, she saw the pearly white beam that the Sith held. But even it was tainted with the darkness and that was only because he was so vile, so evil that he tainted everything he touched.
There is no death, there is the Force
She chimed as she brought the lightsaber down to her side, the light still active but she gave in, she grabbed her blade with both hands and erected the lightsaber to her height, the blade was straight and even with Sophia’s height. But she just gave up, she wouldn’t strike him.
“Sith Lord, I know you will kill me. But I give in. I will let you kill me. I shall not try to harm you.” She paused as she stood with her head down, waiting for her sentence.

Emily nodded and watched Kamon leave her. She hated fighting but Emily had to defend her homeland. The woman hoped that a simple talk would do the trick because she wasn’t so good at fighting although she never would admit that.
She hide her force signature and went in the opposite direction of Kamon looking for the other sith that decided to invade Naboo. The girl went in the direction of Theed where she felt the presence of the sith.
It had been years since Emily defended anything or ignited her lightsaber. The woman had spent the last couple of years taking care of the children of the temple. She however was no coward and could fight if she had too.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Met / Talon
The teen glanced around the ship. She swore that she had heard a voice in her head but figured it had to be nothing. It seemed Met hadn’t heard it so she didn’t say anything to him about it.
“He will understand or next I’ll take his lightsaber.”
She smirked and twirled around in her seat until Met decided that he needed to go check something out. He had told her to stay there but the young padawan didn’t want to. She was curious and wanted to go with him but instead sat on her hands like a good little girl like he told her to.
Chloe was now wondering if she really had heard something. She wondered who knew her, who in the world would be calling out to her?
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
“Then I’ll be sure to give them plenty of those when we’re done here,” he responded coolly, gaze impassive.
Once more, he darted in, striking Kamon’s blade with his. He circled as he struck; aiming to get to any blind spot in the Jedi’s defences, where it would be awkward for him to block should Monnik strike. The blades continued to clash, orange against blue, each time with a bright spark.
Now fully engaged in the combat, Domovoi had to ensure that both blue blades remained away from him. Monnik brought his sabre against each of his opponent’s, fending them off, which was no easy task. All he needed was for the Jedi to make a mistake, and he would strike, a quick slash towards the knee, to cripple. But the intensity of his enemy’s attacks was severe, and Monnik could do little more than keep the attacks away as the battle took to the steps before the Jedi temple.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Naboo - Monnik
The Sith stepped towards him and their sabers clashed once again. With the new attacks, Kamon forced himself into the dance, parrying the attacks from Monnik and swinging out with strikes of his own. They were fluid, both of them, and that was to be expected giving the fact that the both of them were highly trained Master's of the Force. Kamon knew how this battle was going to end the moment that it started, but he had to continue to move along with the Fight and he wasn't going to back down.
"I know how this fight will end, Monnik. Neither of us will be walking away. We'll be lucky to struggle ourselves away."
As they battled and moved out towards the steps, Kamon's hood fell down and he shrugged off his cloak so that it wouldn't be in his way. Blue blades clashed with orange as he threw in a strike here and there while parrying the attacks from Monnik. On the steps, he was wary of his surroundings and kept up with his footing as much as he did with his fighting and parrying. Monnik was tough, but he wasn't going to back down and he wasn't going to slip up.
