Coruscant - Space

"Captain, we have multiple Sith IFF signatures dropping out of hyperspace nearby. They're coming straight at us, bowside. Signals include the Leviathan."

Well done, Steanaler. This is the absolute last time I let you run a naval mission. Now I'll have a planet and the Sith's big toy to contend with.

With a short sigh, Relen regained his composure, looking out at the massive dagger-form of the Sith's Executor-class Super Star Destroyer Leviathan. She was two kilometres longer than his own bulbous Relentless, and just as well-armed and equipped. The Relentless had, in fact, been designed rather specifically for the task of countering the Leviathan; where normal Viscount-class Star Defenders had less weapons but an additional fighter wing, Relen had sacrificed those fighters for the same level of firepower and defence.

And now was the test. The battle over Coruscant, a battle that Relen had dreaded for some time.

However - he was here to fight. He'd heard Zelazny go on a large number of times about the Mandalorian culture, and he found himself uncaring. In fact, the opposite; the Jedi couldn't really give a flying @#%$ about what those fools did. Let them die in the fire they want to bring to the galaxy, he had always thought, knowing that entropic decay was the only natural way of things. And yes, while he was half-Mandalorian himself, thanks to his father, he couldn't care less about that, either.

And thus, he issued the first real battle order.

"Affirmative. Form the fighter screen up. E-Wing squadrons and A-Wing squadrons are to take the lead, followed by X-Wings, then Bs and Ys can take up the rear. All ships are to focus fire on the lead Imperial-class Star Destroyer. Gunnery, I want solutions worked up and transmitted to the rest of the fleet immediately."

As white-uniformed crewmen began scurrying to their tasks, the black-garbed Jedi looked out towards the ship that signed the pierce of the blade through the heart.

Just what are you thinking...why...why?!

Entering Coruscant

After getting notified of the attack of Coruscant, Tris left the planet of Thyferra and joined the side of his fleet. Along with him he brought his Shadow Fighters. Each one equipped with highly advanced stealth generators that allowed them to blend in with their surrounding as well as jam any radar detection. It took Tris years to perfect such a device, only to find out that the force was his key piece.

Piloting the fighters were androids made from the very skeletal remains of his enemies. In doing so , Tris was able to retrieve vital information during his travels in space. Each of their structure was infused with the rare Phrix Alloy. A metal that most weapons can't break, even lightsabers. He as able to obtain such alloy by melting down stolen Electrostaffs taken from the grips of useless IG-100 MagnaGuards. This was his army, his children.

"Alright captains, lets bring your squads down." he said over his communicator "All other ships will remain in obit with the Leviathan till ordered to do other wise."

"Yes sir." Echoed over his head set as they answered at once.

Tris then took his controls and led his fighter down to Coruscant. Flames broke out at the nose as they hit Coruscant atmosphere at high speed. The heat began to rise as Tris reached for the controls, initiating the cockpit cooling system. Blast of cold air shot out of the vents, creating fog on the windows of the cockpit.

They finally broke through shooting out of the sky, like black angles descending from the heavens.

"Alright drop your speed and set to auto pilot." each ship pulled back slowing down about more then half the speed they entered. "Initiate cloaking." Each ship then vanished, blending with the planet it self. Not even a shadow could be seen caste over the ground.

"Alright boys let see what's needed." Tris then switched the com station to match that of the Senate Hall.

"This if Darth Genocide. My fighters and I have entered Coruscant air space. We have engaged stealth mode and are waiting are orders."

Kyp listened to the two, and helped reassurce Sophia through the Force. Once she was trained, he wouldn't be able to do it any more - she would have deadened her mind to outside contact - but for now it would help matters. As she said her final words, the pair looked up to him and there was a brief silence.

"Right then," Kyp said, clapping his hands together, "let's get going. Bryan, power up the main engines. Sophia, make sure everything is ready for us. I'll make sure we're armed and dangerous. Then get changed and meet us in the cockpit; we've got some serious Sith butt-kicking to do." He winked and turned away, moving towards the private chambers to prepare for combat.

Korriban/Darth Maleficus

Stean had a quiet victory. His sheild Bounced off the Sith's shoulder and went back until Stean got control of it again.

Then, with the speed that Steanaler had to come to respect about the sith, The sith jumped from were he was and slashed at Stean's knees. Instead of just jumping up to avoid the blow, Stean took the offensive.

The Knight Jump at the Sith with his saber out in front of him. Hopefull he could chop off the Siths head. Stean held his sheild back, to bring it up incase he had to.

Korriban

Earlier that day the curious 13 year old had climbed aboard what she had been told was her father’s ship. Chloe desperately wanted to meet him. Even though she denied it on the outside, on the inside she wanted a father. She had always hoped her acting out would get her mother to get remarried but it never happened. She knew Hawk Hinata had to be her father but what she didn’t understand was why he never talked to her. Every time she saw him in the hall she always smiled and waited hoping he would notice her and he never did. Chloe felt like a waste of space.

Making her way into the back of the ship she found nothing that would help her. Sighing she shook her head and continued to look but before Chloe could get much farther she felt the ship start to move. She grabbed on to a seat to keep her balance and kept holding on until they got into hyperspace. Crawling into a corner, Chloe hoped that nobody would notice her.

As they reached their destination she could sense the darkness that surrounded this planet. They couldn’t be on a very nice place so she was glad that she had her lightsaber with her. Chloe had not been trained as a jedi yet but she wasn’t stupid. Her Aunt had taught her a few things about the force and she had learned to control a lightsaber on her own.

After waiting a few minutes to make sure everyone was out of the ship she got up and made her way to the front. The dark presence here was so strong that it made her shudder and almost fall. She had to be strong though and not let herself get sucked in because if that happened she knew nobody would come to her rescue.

Walking off the ship Chloe could not believe what she saw. There were not only jedi and sith but the dead were walking around as well. She must have gotten herself stuck in some sort of battle. This was not good at all. As soon as she was off the ship Chloe tried to keep her distance from the battle hoping not to be seen. She knew that if she got involved their would be nothing but trouble.

Coruscant - Senate Hall

“Lady Maurow, see this done immediately while Lord Sennou cleanses us of the Jedi interference.”

Maize simply nodded in agreement to Monnik's command. If Sophie was going to handle the media frenzy, now was the time. They could surely spin this to their advantage.

"Lord Fenris is on his way from Korriban, I believe. He'll work to coordinate with the Coruscant Defense Force upon arrival. I trust that he can handle them competently to repel the Jedi on-planet," Maize said in a soft growl. "I'll conference with him when he reaches the system. Meanwhile, let us spin the HoloNet in our favor."

Coruscant - Sith Temple

Serapis had been seated once more upon a large marble stair, calming his mind and practicing his meditation, when a faint buzzing escaped his comlink. It must have been picked up from a different channel, the crossover being caused by the chaos of the power outage. What little he could hear sounded just like Lady Razielle.

...deploy the guard...sector seven...restore power...apprentices

The apprentice felt a presence nearing from somewhere above. No sooner than his gaze had drifted toward it, the door to the council tower opened and in strode Adrasteia and her apprentice. Serapis sprang to his feet, relief and understanding of what they were about to undergo flooding his mind. He fell into step behind the lady and to her left as she addressed them, confirming the information he had gathered from her transmission. It was time to leave the temple.

Serapis had never seen the city so dark as it was now. Outside no street lamps lit their way, no windows shined from nearby skyscrapers; not even an air taxi flew by. It was as if the entire district had died. Only the far off sounds of rioting disturbed the city's slumber. The darkness was all the better for a small party of Sith, however. They moved silently and swiftly, cloaking themselves in shadow. Sector seven was quite a ways off, and Serapis raised his guard in case the trio was to be discovered or attacked.

Somewhere in Space

Music drifted through the metallic cell in which Silas resided. A rough guitar with some loud drums and a hoarse voice sang songs about fortunate sons. The young mandalorian warrior lay on his back, covered in sweat as he painstakingly pushed up a bar with a significant amount of weight fixed to each end. In reps of 20, Silas honed his body toward perfect physical fitness.

Suddenly a projection holoscreen wavered to life on the adjacent wall. A greasy and nervous looking boy was shown in the center, a look of surprise on his face. It seemed he had been successful in doing something that he had not expected.

Irritated at the interruption, Silas cast aside the two hundred and fifty pound free weight. He stood and wiped his face with a coarse towel.

"What?" he snapped, wishing he could strangle someone through a vid screen.

"The Sith Mistress Sophie wishes a conversation with the clan leader of the Beskar clan." the boy said tentatively.

"Put her on," the warrior growled, sitting upon a bench.

"But are you--" the boy began to protest.

"PUT HER ON!" Silas roared, darting toward the screen.

The boy flinched and momentarily left the camera's view to go and find the Sith mistress.

Korriban - Chloe

The crash did indeed hurt, and the ship tumbled quite a ways before landing upside-down. Smoke poured from the engine ports as Metran tumbled out of the cockpit and moved away. He had just turned about a spire when the ship exploded, obliterating its form.

With luck, they'll think I died.

Although the storm was brutal, Metran had no choice but to push through it. The crash gave him a good ration of scrapes and bruises, but he didn't mind them for the time being. Right now he had to regroup and link with the other Jedi. It took quite a while, and he made a point of avoiding the battle that was going on. He had to be conservative regarding how he used the Force. The Sith were all about, and the aura of this world was tainted. He couldn't draw on it without becoming tainted like it.

Eventually he came upon the Jedi landing site. Leaning against a landing gear, he sensed something. It was a presence, one that stood out because of its relative innocence. Looking about, he found a young girl. "Hey - hi there. What are you doing here?"

Korriban - Remy

The undead creatures were an abomination to nature and if he had time, Hawk would have been able to ensure that they remained dead once cut down, but time was somethig that the Jedi Master had very little of at the present time. He had not expected Remy to fall so quickly, and his expetations had not been disappointed. As his foot raced towards Remy the Sith was able to bring his blade around, Hawk could complete the kick but at the cost of his leg.

Rather than forfeit the limb, Hawk used the force to send a push towards Remy's sword arm to divert its course away from his leg, the Sith Master's own force push then taking Haw's other leg from under him to further widen the gap between his leg and Remy's blade. Hawk span laterally in the air using the power of Remy's force push to propell himself and then he landed to face the Sith again.

"I break no code being here, I brought medical supplies and am here to aid my brothers and sisters of the Jedi Order remove a threat from the galaxy, no more wrong than if one were to weed their garden to preserve its beauty."

Briefly Hawk allowed his mind to brush Zel's to acknowledge that he would deal with Mikel, Hawk did not have to worry about him, Zel was perfectly capable of handling himself and Hawk chuckled to himself as he thought that if his young niece was able to warp Mikel's feeble mind such that he would fall to the darkside and become the pet of a cannibal than a Jedi Knight pegged for Masterhood by the Jedi council should have little problem.

"Tell me about your code, Remy." Hawk encouraged as he thrust out his left hand at one of the legless undead creatures crawling towards him, the creature shrieked as if in terrible pain, it writhed for a moment and then was still, the dark creation unable to stand the power of Hawk's lightside aura thrust upon it and the other undead began to avoid him like the plague.

"Have you ever explored the light Remy? It holds power that not even the wisest of your Masters can understand, and which those who fall have forgotten. I had the darkness thrust inside me as a Padawan by a legend of your number, experienced and learnt much through him and I can say I have studied both sides and chose the right path. So tell me of your code so I may be informed of your darkness."

Axelyn's strategy, on the surface, seemed to be working. The Sith had lost track of him, and was now resorting to cleaving soldiers in half without restraint. Still disguised as a Sith soldier, he tried to manuever around the battlefield to get a better lane of attack. The Sith wasn't even trying to hide his anger and losing the Jedi, and Axel was hoping to use that against him.

But then, something unexpected happened. The dark side forces surrounding the planet intensified, and Axel's control faltered. He reverted to his template form, and his control over his force signature failed. He was visible, and he was trackable. Almost immediately after regaining control, he rushed out of the crowd and headed straight towards the Sith, feigning right and then executing a horizonal slash at his opponent's knees.

Katrina looked to the sith talking to her. She hadn’t even noticed her because she had been too busy talking to herself. Now that she did have an opponent she hoped that the voices would stop. Katrina wanted to be able to focus on staying alive.

“I look tasty? Well, that’s a new one. I never have tried to eat myself and actually I don’t think I really want to. You aren’t going to get to try me either.”

She smirked at Ciara and held her lightsaber up ready for anything. As a jedi she wouldn’t start a fight but Katrina surely would finish one.

KORRIBAN - HAWK

The master, who had been sent backward by Hawk's Force push, regained his balance quickly. Extinguishing his lightsaber, Remy tucked the hilt carefully into his pocket. If Hawk truely wanted to fight the Darkside, then so he shall.

"You attacked without provocation. That is against your code, or so I have heard. It wasn't even a pre-emptive strike, seeing as we had no immediate plots to harm the Jedi--at least none more than usual." Remy smirked, crossing his arms and maintaining a poised complexion despite the raging chaos about him.

More and more undead extricated themselves from the soil and as soon as one died, its soul would flee into a fresh corpse of a Jedi or Sith soldier. The Dark Lords had gone to extreme measure throughout the millenia to assure their home protection.

"You are ignorant if you believe yourself to have known all of the Darkside and the Lightside, though you only display the trademark arrogance your side is known for. I do not deny my ignorance of the light, for the Force is like a piece of paper. One cannot look to one side without denying sight of the opposide." As Remy spoke, he fixed his fingers into strange and complex positions, as if weaving something in the air, "Your ignorance of the picture beyond the Lightside is a flaw you should attend to. I could tell you of my code but I have the feeling you aren't going to listen. Enough."

The meaning of Remy's hand movements became clear as the Darkside condensed around the master, collapsing space-time. From that Tiny vortex between his fingers leapt forth a host of Sithspawn. Ephermeral beings, mutated from various creatures such as twi'leks, gammorreans, and wookiees, the spirit-like shadow creatures moved with terrifying speed. Already they began to devour the Jedi soldiers, terrifying them from advancing or even pushing them back.

"I know your style, Hawk Hinata. You do not fight, you simply stall your opponent. Well now you can either fight me or try and stop me, but I shall no longer waste my time trading words and blows with you." Remy said, a cruel smile twisting his features.

Chloe was nervous when the man came closer to her but as he closer she could sense the good in him. Realizing that he was a jedi she was able to relax a little. He wasn’t going to hurt her but she was sure he was going to be mad.

“I’m sorry sir. I was looking for something on a ship and well it took off for here with me in it. I don’t think sitting on the ship is a good idea so I came out here. I’m not a padawan yet but I have a lightsaber that I can use. I also know a little about the force.”

Chloe looked down at her feet and than back up at the man. She didn’t want to ask for his help. That would mean that she was just in the way and that now they would have to watch out for her. The last thing she wanted was to be helpless.

“I’m not helpless. My name is Chloe Hinata. Please don’t worry about me. I don’t want to be a bother. I got myself into this mess and I can get myself out of it.”

She nodded and gave him a weak smile. If she had to fight than she would.

The kid had spunk, no doubt about it. Met' smiled at her and found a surface to lean against.

"Glad to hear it, kid - because I ain't at my best right now. I just crashed over the hills, and I'm afraid that took more out of me than I would've preferred.

"There's something about the Jedi I should tell you, though: if you're a Jedi you're not supposed to be alone. Sure: we can take care of ourselves, but the beauty is that we shouldn't have to. When you're Jedi you're family, and family watches out for each other."

Metran checked his bruises; they were better, but it was taking far too long. He really could use getting off of this rock and away from its influences. Things were changing within him, and not for the better.

She looked wide-eyed at him as he mentioned the word family and sticking together. Chloe had family but they were too busy for her could the jedi be her family like he said. The possibility was unbelievable to the little girl.

“I’ll watch out for you ok? I will make sure the sith stay away. This place is pretty creepy huh? I’m not sure I really like it. I see my master out there. If he sees his new padawan here he’ll kick my butt.”

She hide behind him hoping that Master Stean wouldn’t see her. The last thing that Chloe wanted was him upset at her about coming here. A talking to was the last thing she wanted when she got back to Naboo.

The red blade knew no mercy as it sliced through yet another soldier, removing the man's arm before passing through his midsection. Despite his lack of sympathy for his victims, Jehovah did show them honor; he did not wound and torture these brainwashed simpletons, he simply killed them. As he watched the three pieces of the body fall to the ground, he felt that presence that he had just recently become familiar with.

Sensing a sudden strike at his back, the Sith dodged to the side, narrowly escaping the blade that came after his knees. The rolling manuever that had been executed kept his legs attached, but forced a harsh landing on his left shoulder. Jehovah had flicked his lightsaber off while falling to prevent his own weapon from dismembering him. As he once again stood, he held the hilt with only his left hand, igniting it once more.

"An eye for an eye," he whispered, removing something from his belt. Using his good arm, he threw the discblade at the Padawan, speed and accuracy far beyond normal in response to Jehovah's training and usage of the Force.

Once again Mikel had gone into a battle where he should have just stayed out of. Tha battle between two Masters, Remy and Hawk, and he would have little room in it. After all, they seemed to know each other. All that the Sith Master has was a hatred for the Jedi master, not enough for him to interrupt a duel. Yet he had tried, had attempted to attack and had failed.

His attempt on Hawk's kidneys had failed, miserably, and he was about to try and more direct approach. His newly gotten sword against the flesh of the creature he wanted to destroy. That didn't seem to be something that he was going to be able to do, though, as an unknown presence drew nearer to him. Somebody wanted to fight, and soon he heard a yell for him with an accusation of trechery. Did Mikel know this man?

"Mikel Goff! Fight me, traitor!"

“I'm afraid you've caught me dumb. I betrayed you? I don't even know you. But if it is a fight you want, how about you go fight some Sith Apprentice? I am sure they'll make your defeat quite thrilling!” A few minutes passed, and the Jedi was still there. “Well, don't say I didn't warn you.” Then he turned to face the Jedi, both hands holding the hilt of the weapon that he had received merely minutes before he had joined the battle.

“This will be a good test.” He said before charging forward, first stabding towwards the man's gut with one end. His next move, of course, would be to try to turn the weapon and send the other blade straight through his opponent. A good opening move, he noted to himself, though the weapon was diffierent that the nrmal lightsabers that he wielded. He would adapt, though, and earn the title that Caleb had decided to give him at their encounter.

Steanaler landed on his feet after the Sith master dodged his blow. But before he could recover, the Sith came at him again. The way the sith moved was incredible. Steanaler couldn't dodged it.

The Knight flew several feet into the air as the Force push hit him. He landed on the ground and skidded for a few more feet, Right under the legs of an undead. Stean had noticed them around the battle field, but never full took them in, until now.

With an open mouth it came down on Stean. But luckily the Jedi had his Saber ready. He hacked of the head, then jumped to his feet.

Stean looked around the battle field for the Sith that he was fighting. When he saw him he called out to it, taunting it.

“Strange that someone like you would be out here… especially in such chaotic conditions,”

C'orringath began to shake; was it because he was actually nervous, or because his character of “Old Coruscanti man” was nervous? C'orringath didn't know, nor could he tell at this point. There was a lot riding on whether or not this particular Sith discovered who he was, and then, by extension, who the others were (when he found them), so much that C'orringath was glad when Brayden began taking the rap for the instance of the fog. C'orringath hadn't feared any of the outcomes previous to these events, but it was nice to have such an excuse in Brayden so he could call some attention away from himself as an old man.

"...Well, you see, I was just out for a walk, and well, I can't dang near predict when a mob is going to break out, can I? As you can see, I've fought enough for my life and I just wanted some peace and quiet, but like the Coruscanti weather it seems like the people are just so @#%$ unpredictable...Isn't that a shame, good master?"

He suddenly turned to face Brayden and the pair of Jedi with a shocked face.

"...What? Jedi...Here??? Good master, I don't think-- I'm sure that I couldn't...Well....Please let me go, Please!!"

And with that, C'orringath began to inch away from the master and the two revealed Jedi, hoping that the arrival of Caleb would pull the Sith master's attention from such an odd, but unimposing figure....

As Chloe snuck around him, Metran smiled. "Yeah, kid: you stay back there and make sure no Sith sneak up on me. I've gotta rest a minute."

He settled and began to focus on his recovery. Odd thing was, now that he was back with the others and watching over Chloe - the Force flowed easier for him. Here he knew he was doing right: watching over the girl to protect her from harm. It was the one unquestionably right thing happening. Because of that his concience was clear: and so was his path to the light - and the Force flowed freely, speeding his recovery.

Korriban (Peiori)

Shadows danced along the emptiness as the young knight walked alone. Distant screams rang along the valley, calling her to the danger that commenced- but yet footfalls fell weary. The Jedi had come. The Jedi had brought such suffering to themselves, by being the aggressor. But yet one could not simply stand in peace, awaiting for another's actions before making a move. For the call of peace, it was necessary to pick up arms. And the Jedi were that- the Knights to uphold serenity even if destructively, not simply the diplomats of nonviolence.

So she would sacrifice her soul for another's harmony, so was the way of the light.

Echoes through the Force became more violent, scathed cries as fireballs thrashed upon the darkened sky to seek out flesh and bring discordance. She had to mute the cries, the pain a cavernous reaver within her mind. And soon her eyes beheld the one responsible- the one simply sitting and smiling with such sardonic bliss in the face of this massacre.

"We will see who is the strongest now, Jedi...We shall see..."

Did she claim to be the strong one? No. But what she lacked in strength she made up for in heart.

"Let us see who stands in the end then."

Though he had not spoke to her, she now spoke to him. Lightsaber engaged with a classic hiss-snap; the radiance of the lavender blade reflected upon her eyes bringing them to life. She stood at a ready- a silent challenge to the Master now drawn.

Coruscant: Shakti/Corringath/Hayden/Brayden/Caleb/did I miss anyone?

Though it fit with the original plan as far as he understood it, leaving was seeming a better and better idea as things progressed. They'd waded through the mob and escaped that safely, but now their safety was somewhat in question. Who was this man who'd drawn his sword on them? He looked like a Sith, but that didn't seem quite right; he was attacking them, fairly well chasing them, which is outright unnecessary violence he had not known to come from the Sith before. Then again, he was standing on a Sith home planet, an interloper, as a member of two factions who, regardless of whether they were composed of reasonable persons, were stated enemies--it is expected that the Sith feel threatened when the Jedi are here, much as a snake will strike to defend its own area.

He hoped that the Master he was following knew the way out of here, or at least had a plan of escape from the planet. Though, someone with real familiarity with the place would be a better pick.

"Do you know a place we can go until we can find a way to leave your world?" he whispered as he turned to Shakti.

Naboo (Mak)

Why was it she always seemed to run into the one who most desired her death in this galaxy? She shook her had slightly, a capricious irony certainly found in the situation. It would sidestep her plans having the presence of the aged Master Jedi come across her path- but even a ray of light can be found in the most dreadful of situations. Unfortunately for the Jedi though, only dark would come of this one.

Plans were made long ago, and finally would they come to fruition.

Steps the Lordess took directly to cross the path of the worm, wondering what greeting awaited her this time- as once more they meet on the soils of Naboo. Would he spit on her again? Spin her into the realms of chaos? Roll up their sleeves for an all out fight of the fists?

Whatever awaited, she was ready. And he would met with a fate beyond one comprehendible by the slithering beast.

Then all Naboo will suffer at her hands- and the Order of the Jedi... will fall into subversion.
