Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Coruscant: Enset, Hayden, and C'orringath
Shakti's reply from Enset was a shouted request, almost a command. Damn him! She wasn't supposed to be doing this, but if she didn't she'd never get an explanation. Shakti found that she didn't actually care about the monstrous raging crowd around them. These people were none of her business. These people were madmen, the kind of madmen she'd known and hated before.
But at the same time, she didn't need them as enemies either. She pushed a few people out of their way, leaving one or two to be trampled underfoot. Before she could make them any headway, an incredible thick fog rolled across them all. Shakti clenched her teeth and held in a growl when she sensed the presence ahead of them.
Jedi. Powerful Jedi. Damn it.
Enset was really going to have to answer for this one. She'd get those other two Jedi as well, but she trusted them about as far as she could throw the HoloNet skyscraper. The powerful one would almost certainly lie to her, and she didn't much care what the new boy had to say. Aggravation mixed with her curiosity to form an unquenchable frustration that she didn't already know what the hell they'd done to this place, why they were here.
There was the chance that the master would kill her, either before or after she got some answers out of them. He'd certainly lose his moral high ground, but then the Jedi were the last people with a right to that after this mess. That pissed her off. Still broadcasting like they were liberating Coruscant, creating riots to let the civilians kill each other so their hands stayed clean. That pissed her off, too. All anybody knew about this attack was what Jedi like this one were spewing at every turn.
She needed to talk to Enset, if only to point out that his allies were really being dicks. Shakti didn't have much hope that she could convince them of the idiocy of this plan, but there were plenty of people who could fight them just as well as she. Plenty of people to pick up her slack on the battlefield. Right now there was another facet to the conflict, and Shakti intended to challenge the motivations of these so-called Jedi. If she wasn't satisfied with their answers (which she almost certainly would not be), Shakti would happily leap into the fray with her allies and kill these invading Force cultists wherever she found them.
It probably wouldn't matter much what these Jedi told her. Unless they were here to negotiate the terms of their surrender with Shakti, nothing they said would deter her. It'd be nice to feel justified, though. Jedi weren't the only ones self-righteous enough to make certain of their own moral high ground.

Metran had finished clearing what missles he could, as well as taking out orbital satilites. He was just about to turn his attention to joining the Jedi below, when his scanners indicated a weather pattern forming up. It seemed to come out of nowhere, and proceeded to cloud the entire area.
He examined the scope and range of the clouds, then frowned. "Well - that puts a wrench into things!" With that he proceeded to divert and continue to scan for threats against the fleet. Like it or not, there was no way he would be able to land in that mess: even he had his limits.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Korriban Valley (Remy)
The Jedi offensive seemed woefully slow. Many of the Sith, growing impatient, had abandoned their defense of the temple to take to the dark Valley. Heeding the call from a fellow Master, Fenris joined Remy Gray as a furious storm – borne from the Dark Side itself - began to brew in the sky above, cloudburst plunging many of the pilots into a blind fog. One-hand extending into the air, he lent his own power to the maelstrom, so that the electrical storm grew even more fierce.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Governor's Office ~ Coruscant
Darth Thanatos was like a caged rancor in his quarters in the Senate District. The situation unfolding had him livid. Positively livid. The Governor's staff cowered and did their best to heed his orders, similarly doing their best to anticipate his impossible needs.
Clad in Coruscanti fashions that Kass had picked out for him before all had gone to hell, Maize paced his office, swearing in Old Corellian and throwing things with the Force. Vases and precious items crashed against the walls, shattering. It looked like a warzone in the Governor's office alone, and for the moment, it was only Maize Wayne present! The others were on their way.
The worst of it was that Maize couldn't seem to get in touch with his second in command, his Lieutenant Governor, Archaen Fel. Adopted into his household, Maize had thought that Archaen could be trusted beyond reproach. But, if that were the case, why the frag hadn't his second taken down the Jedi's propaganda already? He'd been so good at undermining Emryc Nethalan; what was the problem now?
Snarling as he sent another piece of expensive décor sailing and smashing, Maize raked his fingers through his hair. He needed a plan, but that was why the others were on their way. They'd help him regain his self-control and get things settled on Coruscant. As for Archaen... things were on thin ice.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)" Sir there is a weird formation brewing in the valley!"
The Captain sounded a bit concerned, but nearly as concerned as Steanaler. Stean could feel the darkside growing there. Dear Lord, they must have awoken something. THe storm seemed to be blocking the lasers.
" Captain, keep firing down on the Valley. If we can destroy it, maybe we can stop whatever is growing down there!"
"Sir?"
Stean could see the look of confusion on the Captains eyes. The poor man had no idea what they were facing. Stean prayed he never would.
" I'm going to launch the Secondary landing party. We have to get all of those troops on the planet before we cannot land anymore."
Stean opened the com to the Squadrons.

Steanaler opened his mind up to Niko. He had to know what they were facing.
<Niko i'm bringing in the next batch of troops. I will be joining them. Steer clear of the storm, its not natural>
Stean then turned and left the bridge. As he was going down to the hanger he saw a weapons rack. It had Arm held ray shields. Stean could use one of those were he was going. He picked one off the rack and continued down to the Hanger.
When he arrived he was happy to find everyone on board. With his voice he addressed the men.
" Men, the time has come. We must go down and defend our brothers. This world has been the source of the galaxies turmoil. It is here that we strike the blow that will let the sith remember who we are!"

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Korriban
With the Jedi Knight landing in a not so graceful terms Niko finally recognized who he had saved. He had never met her but knew of her from her exploits. “Greetings Miss Midnight, sorry about your landing I tried my best to make it as soft as possible. I’m Jedi Knight Niko Brix and unfortunately for you we are landing on the nearest planet, Korriban. We are about to begin an assault on the Valley.”
Turning to Katrina “Good to meet you Katrina, I’m Niko Brix, and you are right if we’re going to survive this we will need to stay close together. The Sith are incensed at our presence here, but we have a mission to carry out and our Jedi brothers and sisters are counting on us. If you will both excuse me I’m needed in the cockpit.”
Rushing to rejoin the pilots Niko could feel a growing disturbance underneath them. “Sir a massive storm is forming near the landing point it going to make landing extremely difficult.”
“Understood adjust your co-ordinates as needed, but we need to get down there.” As the turbulence increased Niko braced himself.
Passing through the storm Niko felt an uneasy feeling wash over him. With the strength of the storm and the outright power, they were coming down much smoother than Niko had thought possible. Then a massive bolt of energy burst just off the hull of the ship sending waves of turbulence through the ship knocking Niko to the floor. “Hold your course” Niko ordered as he wiped blood from his nose. Moments later a massive jolt and thud indicated that they had hit ground. Equipment went flying all as the ship slid to a halt. “Status report?”
“Sir, we’re down, the secondary shield generator is permanently off-line as is the hyper drive, but so far remaining systems are mostly intact and should be restored soon. We were lucky, none of the ammunition was detonated.”
“Good get to work on repairs” Niko stood and looked at his already shaken and bruised soldiers. “Move out you know what to do.” Without any hesitation the brave soldiers began to gather equipment and deploy on the surface of Korriban.
As Niko stepped out onto the surface of Korriban his blood almost stopped cold from the feeling of evil that washed over him. ‘I don’t want to be here a second longer than we need to be’ Niko thought as he ignited his lightsaber looking at the horde of angry Sith rushing to greet them.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Korriban with Niko and Midnight
Katrina gulped and went down into the valley right behind Niko. The more she thought about this, the more it seemed like a suicide mission to her. There were only three of them and millions of sith. This was completely insane but it seemed she had come anyway.
As she walked off a wave of darkness hit her while a voice seemed to greet her. “Welcome home Katrina, I have been waiting for you.” She turned around in circles but saw nothing as of yet except the sith coming to say hello well at least she hoped that is what they were rushing over here for. Igniting her lightsaber Katrina decided to ignore it for now. She was sure it was nothing, just her mind playing tricks on her. The evilness must be getting to her, that’s what it was.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
The waiting was finally over, through the angry storm clouds emerged a ship and as soon as she saw it a ravenous grin appeared, hungry for bloodshed, for pain and for the death of the Jedi. She made a tight fist with her left hand, it quivered with rage and excitment. Madness gleamed in those crimson eyes as she began to beat herself over the head with her own fist, revving herself up for battle.
She grabbed the top of the handle of her sledgehammer and began to charge at the Jedi along with the other Sith. They were all eager for bloodshed and battle but none more so than Steph. Using the force to aid her she jumped high into the air and landed directly infront of a soldier bringing her sledgehammer down onto his skull, an almighty crack could be heard as his skull was smashed.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Coruscant - Senate Hall/Governor's Office
Coruscant’s Senate Hall seemed to hover above the ground. The shuttle craft from the Leviathan docked in the little harbor at the base of the great dome. There would be no time wasted on intermediate transports. Sophie was exactly were she wanted and needed to be, “Are there any other Sith we should contact?” She asked Monnik as they strode down the lowered landing gate. There wasn’t a moment for him to answer. A host of Senate staff and reporters came rushing up to greet the two-person Sith embassy.
“We will be releasing a statement soon.” Sophie assured the hovering cameras calmly, “First, we must convene to discuss the Jedi terrorists. War is not our prerogative. Be assured, we will do everything in our power to keep the public safe.”
“Questions! Wait please! Lady Maurow... Lord Erebos!”
“No questions.” Sophie sighed and hurried into the turbo lift. Hall guards cleared the way and triggered the doors to shut.
“Lord Thanatos’ chambers, my Lady?” One of the security team asked. Sophie nodded, closing her eyes for a brief moment, striving to remain collected.
“Yes, thank you.”
Crashing could be heard from beyond the Governor’s room. Sophie could sense her Master’s outrage from the corridor. It was just as she expected. She sympathized with the Sith Lord, of course. In perfect truth, she wanted to do far more than break things... she wanted to our out the heart of the Jedi responsible and watch him eat it.
“You better not go in just get.” She hushed to Domovoi, touching his arm, “I doubt your presence will do anything to ease the situation.” Sophie offered him an apologetic smile, then gathered her courage and composure and entered Maize’s office. The place was littered with shattered antiques. The Lord was pacing like a wild animal, back and forth, all around the room.
“I’ll order more vases.” She said dryly, nodding to Maize. Her gaze matched his and, for an instant, she showed him the unbridled hate in her eyes. Hate for the Jedi... hate for the circumstances... It quickly vanished, however. There was work to be done and pure malevolence was still a luxury, “There will be retribution... soon.”
“Mistress Sullen and Darth Sennou are on there way here as we speak. Darth Adrasteia, our prophet, is watching vigilantly from the Temple. She will be able to tell us of any further surprises, either here or on Korriban.”
“Monnik and I brought the Leviathan from Byss.” She continued, “It is currently in orbit with a fleet from Thyferra. Elijah Morvante is acting admiral, stationed on the Star Destroyer. Darth Genocide, in addition, is commanding the Thyferra ships.”
“We have potential allies with the Mandalorians.” She spoke again, still briefing in a clear and concise voice, “They will need to be contacted. They are not the sort of people to attack rioting civilians, but they should have no qualms with defending against the Jedi who caused this unrest. Compensation, of course, ought to be offered for their services.”
“As a last line of defense, as you know, Coruscant has a planetary shield. To trigger it would alienate us from support, but it would also keep us safe from laser fire.” Sophie paused and wet her lips, realized she had been speaking for several moments uninterrupted, “When the other Sith arrive, we will need to devise some way to eliminate the Jedi on world before they drag us into open war.”
“With your permission, Maize...” Sophie spoke at last, lowly, “... I would like to prepare a speech and have it broadcasted over the holonet to combat these Jedi lies. I love this planet, our Order loves it... I don’t want to lose the love of the people.”

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Korriban (with Katrina et al)
As the first of the Jedi set foot upon Korriban, Yoshiro Otaro was among them. Dressed all in white, the wind whipped at his tunic and coarse sand, cast into the air by the storm, stung at his eyes. The nearer they had got to the planet, the stronger the presence of the bogan, the Darkside, became. Feet now upon the ancient worlds barren land, the monk felt the darkness so much so that it took a moment for him to gather his concentration. It was a sensation unlike any that he had ever felt before and it threatened to cloud and confuse his thoughts if he did not maintain focus.
Taking his lightsaber to hand, he took a place at his Master Katrina's side and looked towards the Sith advancing upon them. Under his breath, he muttered words of prayer.
“From the Ashla, we fear not... through the Ashla, we gain eternal life.”
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Coruscant - Senate Hall/Governor's Office
In his blind rage, Maize barely recognized Sophie at first. He'd stared blankly at her for several moments as she quipped about the vases he'd destroyed, his hands clenched at his sides; gradually, his mind caught up with the moment and he began to recognize and comprehend her.
He pinched the bridge of his nose and took a seat in his executive-style chair. Maize swiveled it to look out at Coruscant. His world. It had been on a whim to amuse and please Kassandra that he'd even vied for the Governorship. Who'd have thought he would become so possssive over the job by now? Then again, he was Maize Wayne and notorious for being jealous and possessive.
"Mandalorians... fine. I'm sure we have funds enough to compensate them," he said dismissively.
Maize turned, saw Sophie still standing and beckoned her toward a chair. With the Force, he pushed the porcelain shards off the cushion.
"Whom do you intend on delivering the speech, Sophie? Me? You?" he asked wearily. "How the frack did this happen anyway?"
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Coruscant - Senate Hall/Governor's Office
“They struck Korriban first.” Sophie answered the Sith Lord, “The mission was suicide. How could any Jedi army prevail on the Sith homeworld? The dead alone would tear them limb from limb. We should have known it was a distraction.”
“I should have known...” She spoke again in a bare whisper. Like Maize, Sophie stared out towards the great city-world, “Diversionary maneuvers are such simplistic military tactics. It all seems so clear in hindsight. So much for your professor.”
“No matter...” She shook away the melancholy. Gods above, she was so spiteful and disappointed in herself. The emotions were exhausting, “I don’t know who is responsible for the riots, but Darth Sennou will. He was at the gathering. He saw the Jedi responsible.”
“If you find him before I do, Maize...” She added tensely, “... make him suffer.”
Sophie looked to the Sith Lord again. Reaching out with the Force, she gently appraised his spirit. Under normal circumstances, Maize’s cool authority would be perfect for speaking to the public. This situation, however... “I would be pleased to deliver the holo-address.”
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)"Fine. Whatever," was his terse reply.
Maize sighed noisily, longing for a Corellian Red. Even Corellian Ale at this point. What a headache! Pinching the bridge of his nose again, he looked back out the transparisteel at Coruscant. Somewhere out there, no doubt Shakti was responding to this crisis.
So long as Bryce isn't involved in this nonsense... gods, he'd better not be... bad enough that I don't know what Archaen is doing... he thought sourly.
Maize posed the latter as a question to Sophie as they waited on the others. "Has anyone heard from Darth Animus? Where is he at in all of this?"
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Coruscant - Senate Hall/Governor's Office
“Animus?” She answered his question with another question. Sophie frowned at Maize, “Your Lieutenant Governor? You mean you haven’t heard from him?” Her voice rose. She moved away for a moment, storming a few paces, then stopped. The office wasn’t that big. Where was she going?
“Coruscant is under attack. He should be organizing the defenses. He hasn’t reported to you?” Sophie folded her arms and gripped her elbows. She had doing that a lot since the whole fiasco began, “No... I have not received information from our intelligence regarding Darth Animus.”
She was never sure she entirely trusted the man. He seemed to have ulterior motives at the conference for Coruscant’s Governorship. She trusted Maize's opinion, though, and kept quiet when he appointed him to the rank of second-in-command, “Perhaps he’s a Jedi sympathizer.” She hushed sarcastically under her breath.

Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)"Of course Corringath...that would be the best plan." Porte spoke as he followed the Jedi Master and they came upon Hayden Hinata a padawan he had trained some time ago. And a few others beside him. He gave a small smile as he could see a layer of fog seemed to appear out of nowhere.
Through the force the Master could feel a sense of urgency from the his fellow Comrade...he would not be able to hold up the fog for long.
Taking in a deep breath, Apparatus searched the ripples in the air for a sign of any Jedi. Eventually, he had found a small gathering of Jedi and something else… a Sith? Apparatus quickly ran in the direction of the Force signatures. Though, along the way, Apparatus was met by a large crowd.
Apparatus could feel that the crowd has been chasing several Jedi. Apparatus made sure that his mad mob did not notice him. Using stealth, Apparatus maneuvered around the mob and remained in the dark fog. As he observed the crowd, he could feel how hostile they really were. These people wanted to kill Force users, not just Jedi. They obviously have grown discontent with their leaders and wished to govern themselves and be left out of the Jedi-Sith affairs.
Corringath Ventraas
Eventually, the Sith warrior had found himself at the entrance of an alley way. He could feel the Force signatures getting closer and closer. The Sith warrior could feel that they were here, yet he could not see past the fog. Apparatus continued to look for further signs of the Force users until he saw a black blob forming at the other side of the alley. Apparatus quickly ignited his red Lightsaber and walked toward the blob. That blob turning into a figure of a man, and as Apparatus got closer; he could see the form of a cane in the man’s arms. Yet, Apparatus could see past this. From the Force signature of this man, he must be a Jedi Master!
The Sith Lord’s ‘saber illuminated Apparatus’s face. The man could see rough details of his face now and the red glow would be an obvious sign that Apparatus represented the Sith Order. The Sith Lord did not speak. He simply waited, patiently, for a reaction from the man. Dark energy flowed from the Sith warrior and attempted to penetrate the mind of this man with the cane.

A strange rush of adrenaline flowed through Axelyn's body. Although he may not have completely agreed with the Jedi's methods in this matter, he was bound to follow the way of the Order. Because of this, he would defend his master and their way of life to the end. He took his place at Niko's side, and drew his own lightsaber. Yet, he did not activate it immediately. Only when he was in imminent danger would he commit himself to a battle. He could see the Sith off in the distance now, he could feel them through the Force.
He opened himself to the Force, just as Niko had instructed him, and allowed the mystical energy to flow through him. He could feel it permeate his very being. The green skinned metamorph remained at the ready, prepared to do battle with any that came his way.

As Declan approached the valley a massive storm formed and engulfed the area. Declan could feel the anger on the wind, its wrath at the desecration of Jedi touching its soil. He had been making his way back to the academy while waiting for his Master’s orders, but they never came, and now time was running out. The Jedi had touched the soil and their lives were forfeit for such an affront to the Sith. Declan wasn’t much for needless bloodshed, but he would defend Sith holdings and so made his way to the Jedi landing site.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
Fidelis fired his riffle into a mass of jedi soldiers. Each shot dropping one, hell the maggots kept swarming. He ordered his men to unload. The battle was becoming fierce as the knight rushed into the throng of the enemy. He wanted a jedi to kill, expecially one that was a good fighter. Fidelis dropped his Decee and drew his sabers in time to split another soldier in two. He put them back in their respective places and grabbed his DC.
He continued to move until he saw the man girl thing. She may not recognize him in this monkey suit. He walked towards her and saluted.
" Ma'am, Coporal Gomer Piles at yer service. Lord Fidelis sent me to scout the terrain and area for jedi".
Fidelis would follow her and steal the kills from her. The one armed one was always good at finding what didn't want to be found. Boy was she in for a surprise when she found an opponent and he errupted forth to slay him.
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)
(OOC: Steph has two arms again, arumizy. :p)
Yoshiro Otaro
Steph quirked an eyebrow as she was approached by this Corporal Gomer Piles, there was something about him she didn't at all like, it felt almost familiar. She walked right up to him and stood on her tip toes until she was right in close face to face with him, most likely giving him the alcohol laced smell that was her breath.
"Fidelis...ugh, just don't get in my way." She sighed and turned away to resume her own buisness. She didn't get on with Darth Fidelis at all, mostly due to the fact that he would call her man girl thing. Merely because she quite a flat chest, she prefered it that way, boobs got in the way in battle but it wasn't like she was butch, if anything she was simply petite standing at 5'3 and with a small but lithe figure.
This time something caught her eye, a one armed Jedi, it almost made her feel nostalgic as she had experienced the loss of the very same limb. When she was a Sith Apprentice she had lashed out against her Master, Velori and had paid with her left arm. Of course she had regained her left arm somehow due to Kyte Hinata, she never questioned it but it was always obvious due to her right arm was not as pale as the rest of the albino.
She strode towards the Jedi shoving everyone who was in her way out of it. Her sledgehammer held in her right hand and resting across her shoulders was screaming at her to crush the Jedi into dust. "All in due time, Sledgy..."
You're still mental.
Steph came face to face with the Jedi, her stance posing no threat to him at all. Giving usual cocky grin, she gave an almost friendly nod to the Jedi Monk and cocked her head to the side.
"Can you feel that? Can you feel the planet's rage all around you? Isn't it wonderful?!" The pitch of her voice kept rising as she was speaking until she sounded almost insane. She cleared her throat and regained a sense of normality. "Come Jedi, show me what you can do."
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Coruscant - Senate Hall/Governor's Office
Theatrically, the Sith Lord dropped his head on the desk before him, pounding his forehead against the ultra-modern top. Before Sophie could protest or Kassandra could quip over their lifebond at his drama, Maize stopped and sighed again.
"I cannot think of Animus as a sympathizer... No. I'd know if that had happened," he said at last. "There's something going on, to be sure, and sooner or later we'll learn what."
Maize stood and paced over to a corner of the room where a good many of the decorations had shattered against the walls. He knelt and picked up a shard, contemplating its shape and coloring. Maize tossed the chip back into the considerable pile and looked to Sophie.
"Things used to be so much simpler."
Considering that, Maize shook his head and walked back over to his seat. In his mind, he was strategizing how things needed to proceed. He'd have to try and contact Animus; if he was in reach, good. If not... Maize would have to make other arrangements for the political strength and decision-making of Coruscant. How that would pan out in his private life would have to be resolved later.
To Sophie, he said, "You find out where the others are for our meeting. I'm going to get in touch with my lieutenant governor, wherever he is. If I can."
With that, Maize was on his comlink like Jawas on scrap durasteel to find Darth Animus and learn what in stars was going on around Coruscant... if he could...

Korriban (With all jedi on the planet)
The Landing ships came right from the atmosphere right into the Storm. The turbulence was immedently felt. Stean felt as if the storm was after him personaly.
<You come here to seek revenge. Instead you will lose all you call your Allies>
That voice ringed in his head. It was the same one in the Crystal caves, then again on Tatooine. He began to know exactly what it was. It was the Dark inside him, talking to him. the storm must have awoken it.
But Stean wouldn't have it. he would not be the cause of his loved ones dying again.
A flash of lightning struck the side of the ship. The vibration was felt by all those in it. Stean was afraid to look outside.
Then suddenly, the storm ended. Stean look outside the window to see the Jedi troops collide with the sith.
The Battle for Korriban had begun.
" Pilot, get your ships down behind the sith troops. We can trap them in the middle."
The ship turned to land behind the lines. The adrenaline began to flow in Steans veins. The ships landed and the bay doors opened up to see the siths backs. Time to reach Infinity
Bye for now
Cheers

“Bryan, I hate to ask you...but do you have some icky boy Jedi robes on you ship?”
Kyp couldn't hold back the laughter as he stepped up to Sophia's side. She was such a bundle of joy, and Kyp was still slightly saddened that she was unlikely to remain that way after the battle ahead. War often changed people, and some more than others. Hopefully she would remain intact, and keep that wonderful joy around her for a long time to come. "Hey guys, is there any room for another on your journey? I heard that something's happening out on Coruscant," he said with a smirk and a wink.
He reached out with the Force, and identified a few more friendly faces. If there wasn't any space here, he could get to Coruscant another way - but however he got there, he would have to protect his padawan. She wasn't a match for most Sith Masters, to say the least...
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)Shakti, Apparatus, Kahne, Enset, Hayden, Brayden
The group had made it away from the forefront of the mob, and C'orringath was beginning to recede the fog around them as they moved away from the calamity. C'orringath motioned the lot of them to an alleyway, where all of them, even the Sith, could probably duck out of sight from the mob when the fog fully disappeared. Keeping himself to the fog's edge, so he wouldn't be easily sighted, C'orringath made sure they were all safely out of the way of mob before he began to thin the fog even more. Of course, it wasn't long before the group had moved away, with C'orringath on the outside, that he felt an ominous presence nearby, one that was not trying to hide itself; a Sith, and a master, no doubt.
Drat, drat, doubldr-Triple drat! C'orringath thought silently as he felt the presence of the other.... I probably exposed myself with the fog- Darn it all, the random Coruscanti weather, can't ever predict it...They made this whole blasted planet into a city, why can't we have weather machines...
The sudden change in thought came in tandem with a reduction of his Force signature, as he felt the powerful Sith caress his mind, trying to probe him, to discern his identity even further. C'orringath thus decided it would be best if he took on the mind like that of a disgruntled citizen, as that would be better if he was further inquired upon. No sooner had he made this change than a bright crimson blade shot up just outside his field of vision. He would have mentally cursed if it hadn't given him away. Realistically, he did acknowledge what was going on, and only hoped that the others would retreat further into the alley as the Sith came up, and the fog finally faded away. He would have told them to move away, but such would have revealed them, and that couldn't happen, for any of their goods.
For a brief second, a second that was kept brief so as to close of his mind (even though it was under the protective thought of the civilian double-think), he wondered vaguely about the Sith that had come earlier, and how she would fit into all of this, but for now C'orringath felt it was best to assume she was one of the group. She had known Enset after all, and though he didn't know what to think of that at the moment, but he would wait until the exact nature of this particular master was revealed....
What is going on? I haven't done anything that I know of wrong...What will my family think if I'm taken in???
Re: Not taking it Anymore (Takeover TJC/TSC)KORRIBAN
Through the Darkside, Remy gave a silent thanks to Vega. A master he had yet to meet and already fought with. But now the man focused his power on something else. There were Sith troopers and warriors going upa against Jedi troops and Jedi. But the Sith had more. Territory, in this case, was everything.
Walking toward the battle, Remy spoke slowly in the old Sith language. At the same time, his voice rang through the Darkside in the universal tongue that all beings connected to that power could understand.
And then the ground began to shake.
Sith warriors, undead creations meant to guard the tombs of the Dark Lords, raised themselves from the desert. Force spectres--the souls of those once immensley powerful Sith--roamed and screamed toward the front lines. Wave upon wave upon wave of these frightening creations--Sithspawn, spirits, undead, and more all banded together to form a motley army willing to fight off any intruder.
Remy paused in his steps, awed by his own call. Far from his ability to create, this army was simply responding to the battle. They were the creations over time of brilliant minds.
Igniting his violet lightsaber, he rushed into battle.
