The fire from space diverted from the temple towards the valley, beams smashing down into the pillars. There was a great dull roar and the wind grew stronger, whipping up the sand into a great cloud. The oldest, darkest spirits, which had previously been silent, grew angry as their valley was attacked, the great cloud grew, deformed faces twisting around in the storm, ancient magic protecting the burial site from the lasers.

The Jedi would pay.

Minor disruption throughout the planet-wide city. That was the report, and Monnik was frustrated with the turn of events, though he knew they could not become anything more than minor. Not only was the Sith’s miliary strength too great for a serious uprising, but very few had any reason to rise against their masters. The Sith had allowed them freedom as they had always known, but had dramatically increased the security the planet had to offer.

Domovoi sat aboard The Leviathan, mulling the events over with concern for the tranquillity of the galactic centre. Any trace of civil unrest, however minor, would cause tension for weeks. The Jedi were doing nothing here but causing unrest. What they were doing was nothing but villainy, and those few dim-witted enough to see that were rallying to their support. What they were doing put lives in danger, and the Jedi had willingly made their own flesh forfeit. Self-proclaimed keepers of peace, but clearly no more than glory-loving bringers of turmoil. It was infuriating that they could so carelessly create this mess, and endanger Domovoi’s little girl. What he desired so strongly to do to each of them could be nothing but justice after what they had caused.

“Approaching Coruscant, my lord,” came the captain’s report crisply. “We’re about to unite above the surface with the fleet from Thyferra.”

Domovoi nodded, comforted by the swiftness with which their retribution would come. But still, the Sith Lord watched from across the command deck his beloved’s secret anguish, and knew that there was little comfort for her until order was restored and her daughter could be confirmed safe. He wanted to offer what little reassurance he could, but knew the best thing was to secure the galactic crown jewel.

There was no need to call for hands to make for their battle stations. The Leviathan was in a perpetual state of awareness, prepared for the slightest inkling of conflict. Nevertheless, the presence of the Sith’s fleets on Coruscant would be the surest sign of order for the majority who lived in comfort there, and were only afraid because of the civil strife that was being created.

In a flash, The Leviathan left hyperspace. She appeared in the sky, enormous and triumphant. In another few moments, another ship joined the first, then half a dozen, floating ominously above the would-be disruptors. The full fleet joined Leviathan in screaming out the proclamation of security. Coruscant is not to be disrupted. The Sith are not to be questioned. The Jedi who would see your homes vandalised through their unlawful raising of dissent will not be tolerated.

Not one shot was fired. The fleet just floated through the darkened skies, each ship a silent unquestionable vigil against enemies of amity.

KORRIBAN

Remy took shelter beneath a rock formation as the Jedi bombarded the Valley of the Dark Lords. A grim expression etched itself into the master's features. The light warriors knew not what they were doing. They would rouse the souls of the departed and antagonize their guardians.

Once they have landed, the Jedi will face a nameless foe beyond their reckoning. And Remy would be there to lead it.

Pure hatred pouring from his eyes, Remy could do nothing but watch the destruction. The absolute contradiction that was the Jedi could be epitomized by this one action.

KORRIBAN

How dare they? Blaster fire rained down on the ancient Valley of the Sith, the most sacred buriel grounds of his brethren, the home of the grand masters of old. The Jedi attacked the darkside nexus to lessen its control over their feelings. They thought they were smart, but on this day, they would suffer a fate far worse than death.

The winds of the Korriban desert began to pick up heavily as Jehovah stood silently outside the Temple. Lord Fenris had dismissed them from the meeting chamber, though his presence still lingered in the minds of all those who had been in attendance.

The young apprentice knew where he was needed, but he found himself hesitate for several minutes. Where is she? Lady Molior had left days before, telling him only of her intentions to travel to Coruscant. His sole moment of fear for her safety quickly disappated, as he knew that if she were still on the core world, that would only mean more dead Jedi. His Master was in no danger of death, her combat skills and knowledge of the Force ranking among the strongest in the galaxy.

Still, Jehovah found himself stagnant for a short time. He finally came to his senses, remembering the task at hand. He climbed aboard one of the small speeder bikes and headed to the Valley. Today, many would die. He would not be one of the fallen, but he would not hesitate to claim the lives of others in the name of his planet, his religion. This is war.

“Wait for me, Bryan. I know you are ready to ‘kick some Sith tooshie’ but we have to be subtle about it or someone might catch on to our little escapade!” She said as she realized that she was shouting and being a total hypocrite. A slight smile escaped her as she caught up to her pal, a hand slid onto his shoulder as she tried to brake him from his constant movement. All together nonchalantly she stopped him, a backpack flying down the hall and sliding across the floor, feet from the main exit towards the hangar which held all of the freighters, and ships of the Jedi Padawans.

“Bryan, please slow down, Coruscant can wait- trust me.” She said as she smiled towards him, grabbing her bag from his hands as he started towards his own, she realized that she had her books in his bag and she would have to wait until they got into the ship to read her precious books.

“Do you think Maria will remember to take good care of my plants while I’m gone?” She asked with a worried tone as she looked at Bryan and grabbed his hand, it was a gesture of her compassion towards her plants. Even if it made him blush a bit.

“Sophia Antoinette! Have some sense, we’ll be there for a few weeks, not live there! In fact I’m sure that if your plants died it would be from your anxiety!” He quipped as he started towards the door.

The worried look on her face turned into a grimace as she thought of her arsenal of plants wilting as she was depressed to leave her ‘children’.

As they made their way to Bryan’s ship, the door behind them opened and out came a Jedi Knight, he was a senior Jedi Knight, even higher than one of her masters- Caleb. His name was Alex, he was the dean of the sector of dorms that the Padawans stayed in, in realization Sophia realized that she was the one that drew his venomous attention to the two mischievous Padawans.

The door to the craft popped open, and inside Sophia went, realizing that two thing were about to happen, one she was about to get in more trouble than she could think imaginable, and two she was about to go to war in her jammies.

“Bryan, I hate to ask you...but do you have some icky boy Jedi robes on you ship?” She asked with a smile as she held her nose as a sign that she was just kidding.

Coruscant: Hayden and Enset

Shakti pulled the hood of her sweatshirt over her hair and pulled her backpack onto one shoulder. Buried in an old tome of Sith art history, it had taken a while for Shakti to pick up on the unrest outside, but eventually even she couldn't ignore it any longer.

Curiosity gave way to annoyance as she heard fearful speculation that Coruscant was under attack. If that were the case, she'd have to do something about it. This was her home now, and she supposed it wouldn't be appropriate to let the natives defend it without her. This planet had been good to her so far. She could study here in peace, left alone by Sith and citizen alike as long as she wasn't interfering with anyone else.

So who was attacking? She understood why another government might want--

Someone else in the library had accessed the HoloNet attempting to keep abreast of the attempted invasion. Shakti saw a short clip, footage of a man with a lightsaber. Her vision went white and for a moment the whole world froze.

Here? They wouldn't dare... those elitist dogmatic ignorant bastards!

Coruscant was her home. She was safe here, she had a hope of advancing in her studies without being judged, without being held back for fear that she'd discover knowledge too dangerous to entrust to someone of her experience. But here... no one was holding her back. No one called her evil for wielding power some people feared.

And now they were here. Jedi. The people who saw nothing but a force of destruction when they looked at the young woman, the people who heard nothing but evil when they spoke with her. The curiosity, the enthusiasm, the openness... they didn't see that, because she was the enemy. She was a monster because she wouldn't fall in line.

And now they were here. She couldn't escape them. She just wanted to be left alone, left to live her life her own way and they had come to her! Was she to have no peace at all?

They want to see some bloodthirsty Sith? They want to rouse the same kind of angry beast they've been afraid of for generations? ...Fine.

With a backpack of art history books and a deep forboding quickly being overtaken by righteous anger, Shakti stepped out onto the street. What could she do? She needed to know what was going on, because while she certainly had a strong temptation to simply kill every Jedi she saw... that wouldn't get her information, and it would make her no better than these imperialist brainwashing fanatics.

Jostled and shoved by the heedless mob, no one took notice of the unobtrusive young woman covered in layers of clothing. She wasn't making herself important, so nobody assumed she was.

Shakti's eyes rose and she was abruptly alert as she sensed another Force user desperately trying to dodge the mingled panic and bloodlust of the crowd. There was a strong temptation to leave him where he was, let the civilians defend themselves from this invading menace. It was their world too, and they were right to defend it.

Then she saw his face.

Oh no... he's... he's...

He was just so young.

She halted in the street, the rioting crowd flowing around her. Suddenly she wanted so badly to run until her feet ached and her lungs burned. Didn't he know? Didn't he have any idea how much people could hate him for being what he was? Didn't he realize what they'd do to him?

A name formed on her lips as she stood stricken. "Juan..."

She closed her eyes against the memory. The single terrible event that had destroyed the life she thought she could have. Dozens of hands: strangers, friends, enemies... dragging her away from a young man screaming her name.

It was the last time she saw him. At least... the last time she remembered seeing him. Her memories of his death were hazy, muddled, too polluted with pain and terror to clearly return to her. The smell of smoke... screaming. Skin and muscle burning, leaving splinters of bone and charred kindling behind.

Shakti realized she was standing in a crowd with her hands pressed over her face, trying to block out everything. She couldn't hold away the shouting of an angry crowd, eager to crush these strange powerful beings living among them. She couldn't stop them from invading her memories now any more than she could stop them then. She should have known. She should have known they were coming and she should have known that they'd been betrayed. The desperate prayer that someone would come, someone would save them, someone would put things right... no one had heard. No one had cared.

No one had done anything.

Suddenly the last several years had never happened. Suddenly it was just her and him in the middle of an angry crowd lashing out at something they didn't understand. Suddenly she felt as small as she had then, but now she didn't have to let it replay.

Shoving through the crowd, Shakti was elbowed in the shoulders, hit across the back of her head with... with something... and nearly thrown to the ground at least half a dozen times. It wasn't until she was eye to eye with a young Jedi knight that she realized what she'd done.

She blinked once. Had she really come to help him? Anger tightened Shakti's frown and she realized someone else had beaten her here by a few seconds. She wasn't skilled enough in the emotional appraisal of others through the Force to pin down just who it was until she saw him. Someone she recognized.

"Enset! What the f@#$ are you DOING?" She shouted. She'd assumed he was smarter than this. He'd seemed like he was! Were the Jedi so uncompromising that they'd brainwashed him already?! "Are you f@#$ing crazy?! What the hell is going on here!"

Naboo

The current situations all around the Galaxy had left the Temple basically empty. As the thousands of Jedi had went across to battle Sith on planets, or in space, Mak had stayed to keep an eye on the Temple.

Really, he only stayed because he was tired and wasn't able to handle the missions.

He was seeing it as he was getting older each year; his bones grew weaker, he moved less fast, and his eyes were beginning to hurt constantly, but he was still able to see at least.

He knew there would be a day soon when he would wake up and he was not able to do the many things that he excelled at: missions for the Council. He dreaded when that day would come.

But as of today, he was quietly working on constructing new lightsabers for younglings and padawans. While action was fierce elsewhere, naboo was silent. Not a single problem, from his point of view, would occur.

Except one.

As he moved one of the crystals into the lightsaber, he felt a presence pass over him. One that he hadn't felt since his encounter with her during their battle. The battle that had almost cost them their lives.

Sky Kerberos...

Standing up slowly, he reached for the cane that stood against one of his tables and slithered out, wondering what he would, precisely, when he met her.

... Civil unrest ... The communication room was to the left of the bridge. The Leviathan had finally come close enough within range to maintain encrypted channels. Sophie paced around it, stalking like a caged cat. Reports from the governor’s headquarters streamed up, in conjunction with their seers’ prophecies. Media coverage had already infested the holonet with disquieting images of civilian turmoil.

... Propaganda, lies... Her thoughts fumed. Reaching out with a Force trick, she shut the news report off. Sophie had argued with the lightsiders until her voice rasped, assuring them that Coruscant’s people prospered freely. The capital flourished, there was no oppression. They did not open their eyes and see this, however. Instead, they were so drunk on myth that they were ready to annihilate the galaxy’s center...

... For what? For principle?... The Jedi needed to keep their dim, simple minds out of galactic politics. Sophie was at her wits end. She had defended the lightsiders, spared their lives, and in reality only perpetuated the havoc they could wreak. No more.

The fleets had assembled. Adrasteia, within the Coruscant temple, had no doubt seen this and would inform their fellow Sith. Tradition communication channels were still too perilous. It was preferable to use the Force.

.. Elijah... Are you en route, cher?... The Mistress’ mind sang out. Elijah was a brother to her, a fellow Coruscant royal and a brilliant strategist. The fleets would be entrusted to him. In the mean time, Sophie had to get to the surface and right the Jedi’s wrongs. It was imperative that Maize was contacted and the planet's defenses secured. Most importantly, the lightsiders would need to bleed for their sins.

Somewhere in the region of Carida

Madness! The Galaxy seemed as if it was instantly in chaos as the Jedi have become the aggressors. Darth Apparatus had been on the molten planet of Mustafar training when he receive the rather late message that Korriban was under attack. Quickly, the Sith Knight had prepared a Sith Infiltrator to make the long trip all the way across the Galaxy to help his Sith brothers. Unfortunately, he feared he may be late for the battle as he only made half way across the Galaxy in the amount of time that has past. Failure to respond to this emergency would be a rather harmful mark on Apparatus’s reputation. Yet, in a strange way, hope that Apparatus might be spared from humiliation appeared when he began receiving messages that Coruscant was under attack.

Apparatus had no choice but to disengage the Hyperdrive. He initiated an emergency stop of the Hyperdrive’s power. When the Sith Infiltrator exited hyperspace, it was extremely close to the very large planet of Carida. Immediately, Apparatus’s ship was captured by the planet’s powerful gravitational pull. Panicking, Apparatus quickly restarted the ship’s power and put the thruster in full power to escape the pull of Carida. Apparatus quickly punched in the “easy to remember” coordinates of Coruscant. The Sith Infiltrator positioned itself and was thrown back into Hyperspace.

Hopefully he will be able to redeem himself for his tardiness when he finally reaches Coruscant. The Sith Knight would just have to wait.

Coruscant – One Hour Later

The Sith Infiltrator exited Hyperspace once it reached Coruscant. Yet, unfortunately, Apparatus had not regained control before the Sith Infiltrator rocketed into Coruscant’s atmosphere. It was an awesome sight to the eyes. Fire… smoke. It was chaos, and Apparatus was about to become a part of it. When Apparatus finally regained control of the Sith Infiltrator, it was stuck by a laser bolt of one of the planetary defense’s anti-air turrets. Apparatus had not radioed in to say that he was a part of the Order, and the consequences are extreme for his mistake.

The laser bolt hit one of the wings and forced the Sith Infiltrator into a downward spiral into the chaos below. Even more unfortunate, Sith Infiltrators were not equipped with an ejection feature. Apparatus attempted to control the spiraling ship and it fell from the sky using the conventional controls of the ship. Yet, it sunk into the Sith Knight that this was failing.

With his life on the line, Apparatus extended his mind to grab the ship with the Force. The ship shook violently as Apparatus continued to use the Force to put pressure on the Infiltrator. The shaking became less violent as the ship stopped spiraling. Yet, it was still falling at a fast pace. He continued to concentrate on slowing down the fall. Sweat began to form on his forehead, and the Infiltrator slowed down incredibly. Apparatus increased his focus on the Infiltrator, and finally it came to an acceptable stop just a few feet from the ground. With relief, the Sith Knight lost focus and the ship dropped onto the street. The force knocked Apparatus off his feet.

Apparatus quickly regained his strength and got back onto his feet. He approached the door to the Infiltrator. The doors did not open after he used the console. The Sith warrior removed a Lightsaber from his belt. He ignited it and drove the hot blade into steel of the doors. It took several minutes for the blade to melt a circle large enough for the Sith warrior to fit through without being burnt. Apparatus retracted his Lightsaber and disengaged it. He then used his mechanical leg to kick hole out. Now, he had an exit.

The Sith warrior got out of the Sith Infiltrator with just scratches and bruises. He quickly observed the chaos around him and reignited his crimson red Lightsaber. He became more alert with the Force and waited for any signs of the Jedi.

For Ophelia, he had ensured personally that she had escaped the planet quickly, fleeing to one of the many safe houses all over the galaxy designed to keep Sophie and Ophelia safe should something dastardly befall them.

But from the Maurow estate on Coruscant, tipping back the last of a strong Chandrilan vintage, Elijah could not help but wonder just why he was still here, as he looked down upon the rioting populace. They were no longer happy with Sith rule - it was bound to happen. As much as Sophie denied it, there were things she did not know. Sith brutality. Mass murder. Extortion. It was unavoidable - thanks to Tristan, he had eyes and ears everywhere, and those eyes and ears told him everything, and what he heard, he did not like. Though, to keep Sophie's perfect visions from being shattered, he let things lie - he could always kill those who stepped out of line eventually.

However, he had been waiting. This was his chance to exact some death on the Light-side fools. Elijah Morvante would not be denied a chance to destroy. For a noble, he was rather bloodthirsty. Thus, he took up his ceremonial blue armor and lightsaber, attaching that venom-green and black lightsaber to his belt and heading out into a personal hangar, where his machine of death waited.

Leaping into the cockpit, the modified fighter began to power up of its own accord, Elijah settling into the seat.

Elijah, are we riding to war?

That we are, Furioso. The Leviathan is waiting for us, so take me to her so that I may take command of this battle as I must.

Of course.

And with that, the alchemy-imbued fighter lifted itself up and out of the hangar at a blinding speed, while the noble heard Sophie's voice permeate his mind. He couldn't help but grin; this would be amusing as he took care of the Jedi. His voice resounded back to Sophie through the Force as the shape of the dagger began to loom closer to Elijah, the fighter bounding through space at an amazing speed.

On my way, ma chérie. Give me but another minute and I will be aboard the ship.

He did not lie. The blinding speed of Furioso the modified fighter gave him the edge he needed to get to where he had to be quickly, dashing through the hallways of the ship to reach its bridge in a matter of minutes. When he did get there, of course, he looked out towards Coruscant - and to the port side, a long way away, the Jedi fleet. Then, he issued his very first order with a rather commanding air about him:

"All Knights and Masters are to make their way planet-side, while the Leviathan heels around to meet the Jedi fleet head-on. We need everyone we can get on the surface - and let the Darkness guide you there."

If there was battle, he wanted to meet it head-on. And perhaps, he could let the debris of the Jedi ships fall onto the planet as punishment for this despicable rioting.

Fidelis was ordering his men when the first bombardment hit. He jumped to the deck constantly uddering the words @#%$, @#%$ and Di'kut Jetti. He looked up to see one of the enemy ships heading towards the valley. He didn't know what was instore for them but it was bad.

He clicked his communicationer " Lord Maleficus, do you require assistance sir. If not i want the honor of hunting this wretch down and killing him for desercrating the Valley.". He looked like nothing more then a standard harbringer soldier. But he would still be able to fight with his sabers even in the heavy armor.

Coruscant (Shakti/Hayden)

"Shakti! Can you clear us a path?" was all that Enset said to her, and it was all that he cared to say--he recognized her, yes, hello; and on to business at hand. Keeping the mob's hands away from them was a grueling matter, especially with one of Enset's arms fairly well out of commission. The situation had spiralled out of control, and they needed an exit before they were all swallowed up beneath the heft of thousands of sentient lives.

How had it come to this? This was not what he had been afforded in his briefing prior to his arrival. He was to assist the temple's Masters in battle, but he could not fight civilians except to disable without harm. Somewhere along the line, something had gone horribly, terribly wrong. But what was important now was that they be away from it, that the Master was enabled to reach safety.

With the Sith armada in place, and Elijah at the captain’s helm, safe passage to Coruscant’s surface was ensured. She wanted to greet the Sith Lord personally as he boarded the Leviathan, meet him amongst the lines of sheening-armored ship guards and take him into her grateful embrace, but there was no time. At any moment, the Jedi could begin unleashing a storm of laser fire on the world. With the planetary shields in place, the planet would be impenetrable. Sophie and Lord Monnik would have to depart at once. There would be no second chance.

Lady Maurow’s mind flared forward and sank into the incomprehensible din of Coruscant’s near fathomless collective consciousness. The minds of the mundanes were outraged. Some teetered on the delicate edge of hysteria. From the surface, all eyes could see the looming silhouettes of Sith ships. With the all the Jedi agitation, the populace no doubt wondered if their overlords had arrived to demand submission... or to protect.

“We have to get a message to the people.” Sophie spoke solemnly from her seat in the shuttle’s passenger cabin, “They are frightened enough to start believing the rubbish the Jedi are feeding them.” She said again, her voice teeming with dark distain.

...Rach, darling... Sennou?... Sophie searched through the bedlam of minds for her comrades ... Fiora?... There were other Sith on the surface already. That trio, she knew, would undoubtedly be around as they were all in some way residents.

...Rendezvous at Senate Hall. There, we will be able to plan a defense... The Lady opened her eyes. Before her, through the shuttle’s veiwscreen, the limitless city spanned before her. The majestic metropolis. The Galaxy’s sovereign center. The warships in orbit painted shadows over the great urban landscape. It was horrific to see her home’s beauty distorted by the heavy blades of creeping darkness.

... We cannot lose this world to them...

She sighed after the last message sent. Sophie’s body was too tense with worry to recline. Instead, her figure eased against the throughway mount that separated the cockpit from the cabin, “Ophelia’s safely has been secured.” She told Monnik in a quiet tone. Sophie felt so weak. Never in her life had she been so rattled with fear, “Elijah had her sent to Corellia. She will be protected at the Wayne estate.”

“I hope Rober is with her. But, knowing him...” She rubbed her arm, as if warming a chill. Before them, a great and arduous trial lied in wait.

"Ride the winds?" Even herself as a master couldn't even do something as extravagant. She would have to watch and learn. With a tiny bit of hesitation, she put her hand into his. "As they say there is a first time for everything." The fingers curling around his hand tighter as she closed her eyes. Only the open air around them and she wouldn't dare let go for dear life.

The ascent she could feel as both feet started raising off the ground. Winds whirling around them with a cold tinge to them. Eyes still closed as she could feel them soaring. One cracked open just a bit to see the city underneath them. 'What am I doing?' She asked herself as a bit of fear crept in. A Sith Master scared of flying? That would be totally laughable. But if she could master this art, if she could get him to teach her, it'd be a power she could cherish and use.

"Darth Sennou," her voice shaking a tiny bit. "You must teach me this kind of flight another time, when the constraints of war are not upon us." Soon the tendrils of the force wrapped around her and she heard a quite familiar voice. "Sophie... The senate hall. That is where we must go and with haste." Her hand still clenched tightly to Sennou's, hoping they'd be there quite soon.

As they soared through the skies, Sennou watched the scenery below him. He frowned, the shadows of the warships passing along the ground below. He smirked to her reactions, looking over the Sith Master. "It would be my honor, Mistress Sullen." Truth be told, he didn't mind at all. His abilities with the force were no secret, and if anyone wished to learn how to use them, he would be happy to instruct them.

The further they progressed individually, the further the Sith as a whole grew.

However, his thoughts were interrupted as the words of Mistress Maurow crept into his mind. The Senate Hall? Rach confirmed what he heard to be true. He felt her grip on his hand tighten, and he looked to her. The first lesson is to not give into your fears. Trust the force and your own abilities to carry you wherever you wish to go, however fast you wish to go... Also, keep your eyes closed until you can adjust to the change in the air. The wind can be absolute murder.

With that, his hand tightened around hers as well. A simple gesture, more reassuring then anything. Prepare yourself... With that, the force wrapped around them even tighter, protecting them, carrying them. Like a blur, they were gone. The pair shot off through the atmosphere, heading straight for the Senate Hall. They would have to make it there post haste.

That is exactly what Darth Sennou intended to do.

Coruscant ~ Corringath

Chaos, endless Chaos.

More people had rose up against the Sith Government than he could of imagined. He had expected a vast majority to be too scared, and simply hide up in their homes until the fighting ceased. But even with this larger force, he doubted victory was plausable. And even if they did succeed, a planet of so many people was delicate, and it would take a long time to rebuild what had been lost.

There was nothing to be gained here.

He was not far from the other Jedi, he could sense Corrie's presence in the distance, and he hastened his pace to meet up with them. He did not know what they were trying to accomplish but they better have a plan.

As he approached, he called out to him through the force.

Master Ventraas

He was unsure as to how his fellow Jedi would react. He did not hold much favour with the Council at present, and as such had not even been told about this mission, and in truth, the only reason he had come here was to try and stop it before it began.

Shakti, Enset, Hayden

After some time, the cane-and-eyepatch sporting C'orringath, probably with fellow master Kahne Porte in tow, came upon the scene of Hayden Hinata and a padawan he had not yet met, or at least only vaguely remembered. Keeping himself to the outer edges of the mob, but watching the events carefully, C'orringath saw how the pair of Jedi were backing each other up, supporting one another in this, a time of peril. It made him feel good that such a bond still existed between the Jedi that individual members would help each other in times of peril. Still, C'orringath couldn't help but frown at the way the battle had turned, with the very civilians turning on them and asking for their defeat. Looking on as the pair continued to fight, rather peacefully, for their lives amidst the crowed, C'orringath's eyes widened as another figure dove headlong into the crowd.

"Enset! What the f@#$ are you DOING? Are you f@#$ing crazy?! What the hell is going on here!"

And with that, a girl, one that obviously knew Enset, dove headlong into the crowd to come to his aid and that of Hayden. C'orringath couldn't help but feel a tinge of curiosity about the girl. It was hard to feel, but C'orringath could definitely feel the dark side in her, yet she was acting, for the most part, selflessly. Not one to make any assumptions on a bit of metaphysical data, C'orringath shrugged and watched; what would she do? What would his fellow Jedi do? At the moment, it was more than crucial to him that the other Jedi get out of harm's way, but he couldn't condone any action, of the Sith or of the Jedi, that would lead to civilian harm. Enset was pretty good about that, he saw, but there would need to be something else to persuade the crowd away, assuming they could be persuaded at all.

Reaching out through the Force, and trying to connect with the minds of the maurading civilians, C'orringath tried his best to calm them down, to send them on their way, but only a few were under the susceptibility of the mind trick, and those were only the half-hearted followers. From the look of it though, a small handful had departed, adn that was better than nothing. C'orringath had to think of something else. With inspiration, he tapped into the Force, and his physical eyes rolled back... In a short amount of time, a heavy fog rolled into the location of the mob so thick that it would be hard for anyone to see, verily, a foot in front of them. Still holding the cane close to his body, C'orringath dove into the crowd himself, straining, as it were, against the disoriented, almost blinded crowd. His sight was coming through the Force now, as it always did in his right eye, and he could clearly see the signatures of the three.

HURRY!
He called to them through the Force as he met with them; it must have been odd seeing a gray-bearded, mustached man holding a cane beckoning them out, but he hoped they would listen to his voice.

I can't hold a fog this thick forever! We've got to go, all of us, NOW! Also, they won't be disoriented much longer!!

With that, he turned and began to "lead" (that is, if they would follow) the group out of the mob. Because the fog was thick, they would either have to stay really close to him, or they would have to focus on his signature as a sort of beakon. Either way, time was of the essence and speed their most pertinent concern....

(Brayden
)

Then he heard his name. Not spoken, but said through the Force. Making his way out of the mob, C'orringath looked around frantically for the source of the calling. It sounded friendly, but he knew such things to be deceptive. Not wasting much time though, C'orringath took off running for the nearest safespot, perhaps an alley or other alcove to hide with the two Jedi and the Sith(?) who were hopefully in tow behind them. It was then that the voice clicked.

Brayden! he spoke back as he continued to run.

We need somewhere safe...Me, Hayden, Enset, perhaps Kahne...And a girl I think may be a Sith, assuming she followed us...Can you give us a hand? As you can probably see, I have a fog up, but not for long...

And yet as he spoke, there was a sort of ambivalence in the surroundings that disheartened him; he had been out of touch with council dealings for so long, and Brayden was giving him an odd feeling, the hesitation to see him as friendly (before he recognized the voice) told him that much... Still, there was naught he could do but trust him at the moment, a friend was a friend, right?

...Right?

"You know my devotion is with you, until the very end." She watched on as her love's temperament changed with the dark energies of the planet, her head turning to place a kiss onto his face. For Peiori merged with the dark side and in it his power became almost infinite. The Jedi were coming though, and soon and war would be upon them.

Peiori and Ciara both became enraged as the Valley of the Dark Lords started to be pummeled by lasers. The ghosts would be at unrest and when the Jedi did land, if they even let them, they were sure to have more than just the living Sith against them.

Now in complete unrest Peiori sent his message as the dark side pulsed through his veins. His body all tense and waited for release. In that moment, Ciara felt as Peiori let go of her grip and turned himself around. His hand moving around her slender waist as he closed the gap between them as lips met. Both of them fighting for dominance, tongues dancing around the others' and teeth piercing. As she pulled away blood trickled down her lips and onto her chin.

"Oh love, how dare you kiss me so when we're not in the confines of our own quarters... I can forgive you this time," as she shot a wink towards him. "Let us walk together and destroy. For I am the one to be most honored to fight in your presence. I told you that the day we met. Now yes, let's get these Jedi chained up and wishing for death. And not receiving it until we see fit."

As the Valley of the Dark Lords was bombarded by blaster fire Steph sighed and shook her head. The Jedi were only making it worse for themselves by not only enraging the Sith but by angering ancient spirits who's wrath was much worse than any of the Sith on the planet.

A little ahead of herself she could two Sith maybe getting a little too passionate with rage as Ciara and Peiori engaged in perhaps one of the most vicious kisses she had ever watched, it was the perfect cannibal kiss but nonetheless it was still romantic, a show of affection as it were and it made Steph want to vomit.

"OI! GET A ROOM!" She hollered at them both, preffering to wisely keep some distance between the lovers and herself.

Coruscant (Enset/Shakti/C'orringath)

Voices called through the chaos. A face confronted him, one that was not grimaced in anger. Another came then, marked with shock and surprise. A Padawan and... there wasn't time to consider who the girl was. The presence of a learner had thrown a hydrospanner in the works, and meant that Hayden had another responsibility on his shoulders. As the apprentice – Enset, apparently – called out to the woman – she, Shakti – Hayden looked left and right.

Suddenly, it was as if the entire avenue had been plunged into the roiling depths of a swamp. Heavy mist clouded the vision of everyone around, but with the Force to guide them the Jedi were not blind. Someone, like a shimmering illusion, appeared out of the haze and beckoned them to come. Seeing the shape begin to fade as it was almost swallowed by the fog, Hayden called out to the others to follow, his voice only barely audible above the din.

Descent to Korriban (Niko, Katrina)

What death was more likely out in the open? She could drift back to suffer a fate similar to her now probably melted and pounded X-wing. Well, hopefully in its landing it fell on a few Sith- at least that way she could help a tad in the Jedi efforts. Or maybe she would float in the middle of a fire-fight and get blasted. Hopefully though she would not just stray aimlessly and be lost in space. Starvation in the vast encompass before her did not seem like it would be too fun after all. Oh gods, please don't let me starve out here...

Suddenly a ship came from nowhere, interrupting her thoughts of what fate would await her and making it clear exactly *how* she would die. Splat. Like a bug on the incoming shuttle. Crap! I did not mean to kill me right out- I want starvation!

But too late, the ship did not seem like they were going to change course, and though she saw the cargo bay open- if they thought they would be able to rescue her at those speeds... well, they should try thinking a bit more carefully. You would think they would slow down at least a tad in order for her not to end up in pieces. Suddenly she felt a grip squeeze tightly along her, though without the physical touch of intimacy, pulling her gracefully inside the shuttle. Her landing however was *not at all elegant* as Midnight fell head first onto the staunch ground of the ship next to the Jedi Knight. As she hit, various oddities fell from above, dousing her with bruises.

Still on the floor, the young Jedi noticed another female approach- introducing herself to the male and ignoring the not so pretty sight of the rescued astrosuited wreck behind her. Standing up, Midnight took her helmet off, and rubbed the bruise forming on the left side of her forehead. Who the hell were these people? Who the hell... was she?

Oh @#%$...

Try to play it cool, for who knows if these are friends or foes.
Probably strangers considering she was not aboard previously judging from her astro-suit outfit.

"Um... can you guys drop me off at the nearest planet?"

Tyen lisened to the com' signals - a mix of messages and propaganda from the Sith. Much of it was unbelievable - promising peace and security. Could they believe the people of Coruscant have forgotten so quickly what happened to them?

The world was starved, medicines were siezed, corporations were set against the unions, the government against a rioting populace: and in the end it was all nothing but Sith infighting. Coruscant was brought to the brink of ruin, and many were still recovering. Others never would as they saw their families die for the sake of Sith arrogance.

How could they believe now that there wouldn't be resistance, or people willing to fight to break their shackles? These people weren't fighting for the Jedi, or for some vague ideal: they were fighting the Sith the way others build levies against flooding - they were fighting to turn away a future disaster that couldn't help but come again, since it already happened once.

He was deep in thought regarding all of this when something brushed against his mind: a darkness that could not be accounted for by what was happening above. He searched for it further, only to confirm his suspicions: there was a Sith in the depths - a master no less!

Tyen sighed at the thought: this couldn't be ignored, and he couldn't possibly move against the Sith above until this was dealt with. If they did anything within Coruscant's undercity to disrupt the Sith above, opposition would arrive within miliseconds; the meeting proved that. Hit and run was the only way until he could come up with something better, and in order to run he needed to know his path would be clear.

Besides: the Sith surely felt his searching for them, and would home in on him. If he moved quickly they wouldn't be able to build a phalanx of troops to face him ... at least that would be his hope. Setting off deeper into the undercity, Tyen sighed and prepared to face his destiny.

The blind man followed as beckoned; stepping backwards in Hayden's direction in an effort to make sure he could cover their proverbial six. The crowd had lightened up a little, but those who were bound and determined to have nothing but hate for those trained to use the Force were only incited further into anger by having such a basic sense as vision frustrated. It was a blessing that most of these people couldn't see to tell what they were doing, but that meant they would be more likely to lash out against each other.

He knew they would have to hurry, or there would be complete chaos in the streets, as opposed to the direction that the mob had until this point. He quickened his pace, and used quicker maneuvers to stifle those who fancied themselves warriors.

KORRIBAN VALLEY

Remy could sense a small gathering of Sith in his vicinity and yet the rain of fire from the vessels above continued. It was time to make them pay.

"The presence of the remaining Sith are requested to reside with me." the master's voice rang through the Darkside, "It is time we gather a counter strike."

As he waited, the master's violet eyes fixed upon the sky. Slowly the clouds gathered into enormous thunderhead cummulonimbus clouds. They swirled around the ships in the sky like black smoke, cutting off their visual. At the same time, yellow lightning forked through the clouds, sending powerful electric currents through the impuning ships. Gale force winds whipped up in a matter of minutes. Soon the storm would get worse. Already the hail of fire was weakening.
