Renze absorbed Ojins sit rep and shook his head,

"we'd be lucky to get one LAAT and a squad with fresh supplies, our forces are tied up at the moment and we have almost no way of freeing up air support, my second has been notified that as soon as he has any spare units to drop them near our position,"

Renze stepped past Ojin and slung the pack of supplies off his shoulder, opening it Renze began laying out the different supplies,

"where do you have the wounded? they need these med supplies, I also have enough ammo for about two hours of sustained fire, and enough food to last until aid arrives,"

Colbs heard Renze and his chatter over the comm. Keeping his fist aimed at Tyriq he called in.

"Renze I got a LAAT to the east of Hyllard gate, soem med supplies on board. Its the BLACK FALCON youll be able to find it pretty easy."

He hoped his ship was worth it. At this point the battle neede to end quickly and decisively. He turned his attention back to Tyriq.

"You know Tyriq, the Republic has a bounty on your head, I think Im going to take it. Your my bounty surrender, or I take you."

The Gates of Hyllyard City
Inside the Hyllyard City Defense Command Center/ On the city floor........

Tyriq smiled softly, it was a sign of submission, but rather a sign of the pure, uneducated stupidity of yet another promising Mandalorian. His ego and pigheadness has caused this team and this mission enough time. Figuring that reasoning with a man like Colbs would be a better sign of things to come for him and his band of merry men, Tyriq decided right there that this was going ot end with so much pain in sight for the mercenaries, they would completely dread the day they crossed a man such as Tyriq Calrissian, stepping closer to him with his men closing in on Colbs, he said to him.

“So…you rather try and make good on a deal that will never happen then spare your life and that of you insignificant men?” The question hypothetical as he already voice his answer. “You will never have the satisfaction of capturing me you imbecile, and further more….I’m going to personally ensure that everything on this planet that’s not firmly rooted into the ground….is leveled.” Tyriq all the while was giving hand singles to his men as they slowly lowered their weapons. Taking another close step towards Colbs he continued in a low voice. “So be it…Mandalorian.” Tyriq quickly stepped out of the way of an attack he was sure to follow as he men grabbed Colbs and forced him towards the window.

“Sure do hope that rocket pack of yours works.” Tyriq said as they proceeded to throw him clean from the command center. Tyriq had long since had enough of him and was ready to move on to the second phase of their operation. The CS teams called in asking what happen and why they weren’t given clearance to shot. Tyriq told them to hold their positions as a shuttle will be on route to them soon. He then pressed his ear piece as he spoke. “Command…this is Calrissian reporting.” “Lieutenant…what the heck are you still doing in that dammed control center. You where sent orders to destroy that thing minuets ago.” Tyriq looked up at his Staff Sergeant and nodded, they then went to quickly placing well timed explosives all around the control center of the room and around the generator in the back. One man they proceeded to climb out onto the gun itself and placed explosives all through the cannon as he wormed his way back into the command center.

Tyriq and his team achieved their mission, to control the gates with the use of the weapon, to secure a landing position for imperial forces…and for their last part. To destroy the weapon before it fell into enemy hands. Running away at break away speed, he pressed the detonator for the explosives as listen to the loudest cracking of thunder he has heard all day. It echoed around the city as the once massive weapon ripped into a palsied of fire and burnt metal. Tyriq and his team hit the ground running hard as they where instructed to exit the city. The Empire had since grown tired of this little silly push of the rebels and their hired help, it was time to show off their triumph card, and one better than Tyriq was more qualified to put and end to this fighting and secure a win for the empire.

Arin dug out Alema's tool kit, and brought together the syringe she needed. She then turned away from the whole scene - something about someone mutilating themselves that way was just too creepy for her. She could hear the boys beating each other senseless in the hallway; she hoped they would finish soon - the noise was driving her batty.

A big part of Arin wanted to just give up; she was tired and fighting against the Empire just seemed so futile some days, and if it wasn't the Empire it was the Republic or the Sith. Things were all so big and she felt like such a small person in comparison.

And yet, there was Alema. Her and so many people like her were worth fighting for. The right for people to be free was worth fighting for, and the right not to be dictated to by some tyrant's perceived 'rights' was worth fighting for. Once more - she would keep going just this once more, and then she could rest.

"Control panel - right." Dragging herself away from the med-bay, Arin began searching the ship for a section containing a massive burned out section and an abandoned blaster.

((OOC: Wow what a GM Tyriq, you could have at least given me a chance to respond to being grabbed.))

Colbs fell three feet then engaged his rocket packs. Flying up wards he zoomed in yet again on the Imperial as his comrades planted charges. Grinning Colbs swooped down and drew his twin DCs. The entire squadron began to run and a n explsoin ripped through the air.

Swoopring down Colbs put one bolt into the back of every mand fleeinbg head until he was level with Tyriq. Dropping right in front of him, he holstered the pistols and raised his right guantlett towards the Imperial, unleashing a stream of Sarlaac acid. The jet blasted into the commanders face, splashing the area all around him. Sarlaaac acid was powerfull enough to melt all polymers and alloys except for Mandalorian Iron or Phrik. Something Tyriq definitely did not posses in an Imperial scout trooper suit.

His let guantlet came around ejecting a vibro blade from under the knuckle plate. Colbs slammed it towards the Imperials stomach, coated with a nuero posion, would shut down Tyriqs nervous system in seconds. He aimed for the spot where the pelvis joins the groin and the bodysuit is exposed.

" To answer that retort Tyriq, Yes it does work."

Tyriq's explosives only did half the job as the troopers who climbed out onto the gun were picked of by Kanes teams. With no snipers left and Imp commandoes falling by the wayside, Tyriq did what any self respecting Imp would do and ran like a coward. Kanes teams reported Tyriq's position and called to other outlaws to close in on the yellowbellied Imperial.

At city location Zulu........

Tyriq and company stopped as the familiar sounds of a menace made its way towards him. Raising their rifles towards Colbs Tyriq ordered his commandos to stop, if this idiot though for one second he was going to last in a fight with an Adept Imperial….he was in for a rude awakening. His men obeyed and moved out of the way as this fight would be one on sheer skill, something Colbs simply did not posses, all his fancy gear and mercenary tricks could not contain the rage of Calrissian, before this day ended he would make it his personnel business to rip Colbs heart out through that sad excuse of a head he has attached to the rest of his body. “Give the call for the transports….have them meet us at this location….no need to alert anyone else….I’m deal with who else ever decides that their life isn’t worth living and comes after me.”

He anger knew no bounds as he shed off his armor, he would need it, this stupid man would lay a finger on him, and it would be the day that something simple as a weapon would bring down Tyriq, he wanted a confrontation, he got one. Walking right up to Colbs as he landed, Tyriq dodged that blade attack with ease and turned to his normal stature, this man was slow, his armor made him clumsy, he was in effect, nowhere near the level of physical conditioning Tyriq was. Listening to him respond to his earlier question, he smiled. “Good, because you are still gonna need it by the time I’m done with you.” Tyriq men watched as he fought with ease against the sad excuse of warrior. Tyriq dodged yet again his lousy second attempt as he threw a quick chock to the neck of the unprotected Mando, his anger manifested itself with each attempt to hit the vermin as all he could see threw his eyes was the face of Kallis, a man he has now since lost respect for, and would more than likely like to dead.

“I warned you…” Tyriq said a flurry of attempted strikes “…now I’m going to rip you apart limb from limb!”

Fidelis's men moved through the streets with ease. The force and the drugs guiding his path. He even managed to persuade a few storm troopers he was their to assist them. He continued to move on through the city using deadly tactics against the Imps. A force push there, a mind trick here and he was gainning supremecy on that block.

His troops enjoyed every moment of the kills. They were by nature blood thirsty killers after all. They haulted and alerted Fidelis of the presence of a larger force of Imps. One of the seemed rather important. This gave Fidelis an idea. He approached them. He waved at the storm troopers and noticed they had a Vod captive.

" Imperial, i am Darth Fidelis of the Sith Council. I have come in support of your campaign against these filthy rebels and criminals. Is there any way we can be of assistance".

He allowed the force to carry his thoughts to Colbs.

Kane and his teams converged on the area where Colbs and Fidelis were facing off against Tyriq. . Quickly they surrounded the area with orders to kill all of Tyriq's men. Kane knew when his 20 spec ops Mando's and 17 warriors dressed in requisitioned stormtrooper armour would decimate the Imperials. Kane couldn,t believe that Tyriq who claimed to be a brilliant, highly skilled military tactician would stupidly order his men to lower their weapons with enemy Mando's in the area. While Tyriq was having hallucinations about his combat with Colbs, Kanes men lit up the area with blaster fire and AP slugs. Kane knew Fidelis men would also open fire in a blood bath that would leave only Tyriq to face so many enemy , the fool was doomed.

Not caring in the least bit what condition Colbs was in after their little brief scuffle, Tyriq turned to hear the voice of that which could be consider the second worst kind of scum in the galaxy, a Sith. He also saw what he assumed to be the presence of Kane and his men. Tyriq Commando where given the order not to kill Colbs, but anyone else that tried to interfere was fair game. In a sign of mutual understanding… he told his men to focus their fire on Kane troopers, but not to kill, to open a blood bath here would not be beneficial to anyone.

“E.A.T. till Imperial reinforcements….60 seconds.” That was all he needed to here, since the planet was nearly in the hands of the Empire anyway…all they needed to do was take the city…and since the weapon was now destroyed…they pretty much tipped the balance of power in favor of the Empire. Tyriq slowly turned around and looked at the Sith.

“I don’t think your help will be needed…traitor.” Tyriq knew of his betrayal in space long before he even touched on the ground…to him, he was just another dead statistic if he came any closer. The all too familiar sound of speeders closing in on their position brought an over whelming feeling of relief to Tyriq, but as he expected, the Mando’s would not disappoint him. Firing on Tyriq men, he used this time to take cover and take several well aimed shots at both Fidelis and Kane before taking cover from his men. Over head….a large Imperial Transport casts a dark shadow over the area as more Imperial Commando’s zip line from their assault ship mowing down Kane hand full of men. Tyriq stood as he no longer need to take cover, the number of Imperial forces which would cover this place soon would be too many for him to count.

Several commandos took shots as they fell lifelessly to the ground, but more followed out of the ship as another transport glided over top of them. The Imperial forces had since mobilized into the city several minuets ago, they where on their way to secure the weapon until it was destroyed…now some resources where swarming over Tyriq area in and effort to capture both the Sith…and his friends. Taking this opportunity to take his leave, Tyriq looked at the Sith and smiled….this was far from over and he had a feeling he would be meeting him soon. Clinging to one of the zip lines…he said in a loud voice and more Stromtroopers began pouring from around alleys and street comers.

“Maybe next time…then again…if I see you again….I’ll kill you.” The words where followed with a cold Stalin face as he was retracted back into the safety of the transport. Tyriq watched as the street filled with Stromtroopers dieing by the numbers, they where no match for a Sith, but they where a very good distraction. As he Lifted off, he took a seat and requested a situation status. “Sir…Imperial AT-AT’s are landing on the planets surface as we speak.” He nodded as he was made up his mind…and with his command going along with it…he was going to completely level this city. Since their main defenses had been destroyed, it left them with little to no chance of defeating the walkers. Oh he would get his revenge for the death of his men, Kane, Colbs and Arumizy would count on that.

Tyriqs transports would not escape that easily as Ion cannon from within the free area of the city opened up on them. The unshielded Imperial ships began to list and fall toward Imperial held areas of the Jungle. Not only would the Imperial reinforcements perish in the twin ship crash but many on the ground would die too. Tyriq would need to let go of the rope or die in the crash too, the coward had not yet escaped. Kane ane Fidelis would have their time with the Namby Pamby Imp Lt afterall the GODS just weren't on Tyriqs side as the Mando's and Fidelis' small band of fighters cut down the Imps before they could hit the ground.

Colbs actaully was a fast warrior and none of this affected him. Tyriq was not trained in Mandalorian martial arts. Colbs was. No Mandao speed and ferocity could be met in combat by a mere man. Colbs watched Tyriq retreat into the transport and laughed. The main mototr drive was at the back. Tyriqs men continues to fall to Kane and his forces.

Pushing onward Colbs rocketed through the air, adhering to the hull with maganetic gloves and boots. The ship began to gain speed. Unbeknownst to them Colbs pulled out a anti-tank mine and placed it on the enginge module, crawling to the bottom of the ship as he hit the detonated.

The engines blew clear open, the fuel tanks exploded, Colbs dropped to the ground usuing his rockets to slow his descent. Smiling he watched as the transport lost altitude. No way would the hsip stay in the air.

Vision, bordered with the crimson of a red rage, narrowed into a single focus. An untarnished howl of an instinct so pure that there was no way it could be denied filled the small space that the Kohiko provided.

The distance between the warrior and his intended target was consumed as surely as the sands of time would fall. This man would die here. This man before him that represented everything that his brothers on Kamino and he where trained to fight. To kill. A finger of the Empire's hand. Break it and the Empire's grip loosens. This was his goal..his purpose..his destiny. It was inevitable.

And then he was gone.

<sSKWAAAM!!> "NaaAGH!"

The impact of the Mando'ad ramming into the solid bulkhead jarred the warrior, sending numerous black spots to muddle his vision momentarily. That ache was nothing compared to the lance of pain that traveled up his thigh from the sharp kick to the back of his knee, sending his, mercifully armored, knee into the wall only to be soon followed by his helmeted head.

The impact did little damage, on it's own. But it was the suddenness of the series of counter-attacks that had the Mando'ad reeling. His balance was already suspect after the precise kick to his leg. The ramming of his head into the wall served to completely remove his vertical base and cause the warrior to come crashing to the floor. Dazed enough that, by the time the Mando'ad could regain his bearings, the Crimson Guard commander has removed his damage helm and was settling into a stance.

Savin stood tall, his vision narrowing yet again. His thought, his focus, his entire world narrowed to -this- point. Savin would almost swear that he heard the other man's heartbeat from across the hall. Suddenly, after a pair of moments that felt like days, the warrior from the jungles of Dxun pulled off his own helm as it slid off with a hiss. Tossing his dark crimson buy'ce on the Kohiko's deck and out of the way, the Teras Kasi disciple smoothly slides into a low stance. Again, bringing semi-closed fists up to just behind his ears to allow his elbows to aim at his opponent in the style known as "Red Hawkbat".

A grey glare locked into his opponent's eyes as he started to inch forward, weaving his upper body from side to side like one of the predatory, bi-pedal hunting birds seen on a number of hostile worlds before he suddenly reared up with a rumbling growl, bringing one leg up with him, bending it at the waist. He stood there..completely motionless for a full two seconds before the 'bird of prey' struck.

Most would expect the warrior's bent leg to play the main role in any sudden attack and make ready to parry, deflect or, otherwise defeat the inevitable kick that was to come. And that is what the, unorthodox Red Hawkbat style counts on.

Using a slightly modified version of 'Planting the Wyshyr', the warrior's cocked leg shoots for Ayreon..only to strike it's -actual- target...The ground just before him. Using the incredible momentum gained from the technique, Savin brings his 'beak' down on his prey, aiming his elbows to attempt to crush the Guard's skull....

Alema pressed the flashlight to the back of her finger and looked down into the skin toward the vein glowing red in the light. Finding veins under blue skin had made her an expert, but it was a skill she'd long wished she'd never learned.

Without a flinch she slid the disposable syringe under her skin. Pulling the stopper back, she watched for the thin ribbon of blood in the electrolyte solution that would let her know she'd found a vein. With a deep breath Alema tried to keep her hands steady as she slowly pushed the electrolyte solution down into her bloodstream.

So much easier with a fresh needle. Won't lose the vein as quickly. The assessment came automatically and Alema dropped the syringe to the floor in disgust.

Arin had turned away from Alema until she was finished, and Alema couldn't blame her. She didn't like to see anyone else do it, either. Not now. When Arin left her to find the blaster, it occurred to Alema that this woman had quite possibly saved her life... and Alema had never told Arin her real name.

Guess Cobalt will have to do for now, Alema thought. If we get out of this, there'll be plenty of time for introductions.

When Arin stepped out into the hallway, she found that it was a little easier to get her bearings now that she wasn't facing down an armed Crimson Guardsman. She was closer to the back of the ship, and the control panel would be up at the bridge, if it could be called such a thing.

Unfortunately between Arin and her goal was a narrow hallway occupied by two men locked in combat. She'd have to find some way to get past them to get to the control panel and Alema's forgotten blaster. However, there was always the tried and true route through the airvents over the hall. Either could be risky, but Arin would have to choose if she wanted to get her hands on a decent weapon.

Fidelis's Harbringers a band of genetically altered warriors proved more effective in combat. These men were of his most elite caste. The War Gods he called them, among his troops only one hundred proved worthy of the title. Their adrenal glands produced twice the adrenaline sending them almost into a state of blood lust. They could take more severe damage then a normal person.

He deflected several bolts with his right saber. He had yet to draw his other but instead used his off hand to prime a thermal detonator. He used the force to drop it into one of the buildings a group of storm stroopers had saught refuge. He turned in time to watch Kane bring down the imperials ship. He turned towards his allied and began laughing.

" This battle is almost over my friends. Take the enemy that surrenders to be tried by your people for their crimes Vod. My War Gods are yours to command for now Kane, but that imperial bastard is mine".

Fidelis had already taken a casualty assesment. He had lost five men to wounds and three more would join them in hell when the adrenaline running through their veins died. For now they would wait for Kane's orders to move on. He didn't care if Kane took prisoners or executed them all. But he knew one thing, the imperial commander deserved the honor of a duel with him. He grabbed one of his mens vibroblades and rushed off towards the crash.

When he saw the imperial he tossed the vibroblade at his feet.
" You have fault well and deserve the honor of a warriors duel to decide your fate. Victory does not determine if you live by its self, rather by your honor and skill. If you deem worthy of life you shall be spared only to grow stronger and to face me again. If anyone of my allies interfiers with this i will kill them and i ask you do the same with your men".

The remaining TIE's ran like dogs with their tales between their legs. Axl knew all to well the Imps were cowards when push came to shove and Voxon Doom was the closet thing they had to match Axl. The TIE defender needed back up to take down Axl in a lone X-wing, the Imps wouldn't be so lucky today. Flicking the switch on his comms he replied to Nate. " Hell yeah, let's nail their ground forces" As they closed on the city, two Imperial transports arrived coming under fire from ground based Ion defences. Axl opened up on the bridge of one transport, heavy laser fire smashing the control room and killing many on the bridge. If the Ions didn't take it down Axl would. Control console exploded rendering the tranrport useless. " Nate, hit the bridge of the other one, I'm gonna make a pass on it too" Axl swung it round and headed in to raise hell against the Imps.

Flipping the comm over to the rigged TGU channel, he sought to get into contact with anyone who could still hear him and respond.

Turning back colbs began to trot towards the crash site, stopping just 8 meters from the wreckage and aiming his wrist gauntlet at the entrance. If Nathaniel missed colbs wouldnt...the next thing that came out was gonna die.

OOC/ copy Nate, that's why I shot up the transport. IC/ Axl opened fire on the second struggling transport. Turbo blasts tore great furrows in the upper hull from nose to bridge. The bridge didn't sustain as much damage as the first but there would be casualties. The TIE swung around once more as Axl locked on to the decending Imperial soldiers. The blasts literally blew their limbs off and exploded torso's and heads. " Woohoo, barbecued stormies free samples for your peace of mind only nine ninty five" Anyone listening in on the comms would think Axl had lost it, but he was just having fun.

He had been lucky; Ayreon watched with scarcely-admitted glee as the warrior collided head-first (not to mention knee-first) with the wall of the ship, a blow that would have caused, no doubt, considerable pain and a useless knee, as both the oft-injured anterior cruciate ligament and the lateral collateral ligament would be snapped, if nothing else. As Ayreon had seen before, however, this particular fighter was made of sterner stuff than your average grunt of a warrior, and slowly began to stand. Keeping his stance, Ayreon watched the warrior take his own form of battle, and he was taken back, a mixture of his own thought and memory srpang to life...

Every new battle, your relearn how to fight... the voice of his mentor and his own dogmatically trained mind echoed together, he was back in that secret Imperial training facility, staring through a visor at a similarly masked enemy.

"I'll say again... Every new fight...You learn how to fight all over again, with a different teacher."

"But sir, there's no teachers in real-"

He was cut off as he quickly fended off a flurry of open-palm and side-palm attacks; he was given almost not time to think, but he was able to keep up, how he knew not.

"Your training has given you the instinct to fight, but you will have single and constant teachers through you will acquire the lessons of combat; these teachers are your enemies."

"Enemies? I don't-"

A feint got him unawares, and before he could dodge anything, he was kicked hard across his chest. Ayreon reeled back, and a second hard kick to his temple, even in the armor, sent him, disoriented, to the ground. As he turned over, he looked up to see the helmeted face of his teacher, and he could hear his smirk in the coming words.

"...You will understand. Up. Again."

The exercise continued; open-palm and side-palm attacks came at him, and each time Ayreon blocked just as he had in the last example, but he saw it again- the quick chop to the neck that would lead to...

Before the kick could come, Ayreon had sidestepped, and sure enough, he was out of the way of the coming leg. Without hesitation, Ayreon grabbed the offending leg with his left arm and pressed it against his side. Once, twice, thrice, four times his elbow impacted against the slightly armored tachea of his opponent, and he cast down his teacher with rough blow; a double-stomp attack to the groin and to the same spot in the neck would have killed him, as Ayreon was always instructed to do in such situations, when the instructor raised a hand and stopped him.

"Huuhh....See....Your only......Huhhh....Teacher...Is your enemy...."

Ayreon nodded, and left the room without a word; the guard instructor would take care of himself, or he would die.

That was why he would let this warrior take his stance; a simple attack while he was situating would not be enough to kill him, not this one, thus Ayreon knew that the only way he was only going to walk away victorious from this fight was if he learned from the hulking mass of martial prowess before him. What mattered now though, from what he had seen...What did he know?

He likes himself some ball joints....

Ayreon managed to establish in mentally spoken under-Coruscanti dialect, but the advice was helpful nonetheless. The last series of attacks had comprised almost entirely of attacks by the knees and elbows, the same would probably hold true for what was coming up, judging by that raised knee...

No! Instinct fought back; there was no justification that he would do anything with the knee, not yet...Just wait....

The attack came, but it was not from the knee, and Ayreon found his head once more in danger, as his opponent's elbows, both working in tandem, homed in on his skull, hoping to crush it into oblivion. Basic physics forced Ayreon to slide backwards as the blow came; by increasing the time it took the force of the blows to act on his skull, he was decreasing the overall magnitude of the Force that would try to split his head in two. In the mean time, the guard's arms wove separately, into a perpendicular path with the arms that were seeking to end his existence. By widening his stance, planting himself firm in the ground at his feet, and forcing his arms forcibly against the coming attack, he managed to halt the elbows, though his muscled forearms, careful built and molded for strength and mobility, were quaking at the pressure put on them, he couldn't hold them for long. All the while, his left hand flexed madly, opening and shutting, like it was grasping at an annoying itch at the juncture of his wrist and arm, like a dying, overloading nerve that could not help but act on his entire hand while it slowly faded from use.

There was a flash of something, and the guard moved.

With a force of a being only desperately trying to succeed to survive and destroy his competition, Ayreon, holding a a small, but potent shard of some glass-like material, drove the object towards the inside of the warrior's right bicep, going for the well-known artery situated there, assuming that the armor his opponent was wearing was not adequately protected. For the sake of movement and mobility, he knew the inner arm was usually untouched, usually.

The glass like substance was a remnant from his visor; when he had been "brushing" the dust and fragments from his helmet off of his arms, the crimson guard had snuck a valuable pieces into the sleeve of his armor, suffering a slight nick in the process. Such a thing may be considered dishonorable, but what was a crimson guard if not resourceful?

Aiming a powerful kick at his opponent's stomach, Ayreon hoped to push off of his body and put some distance in between them, as he didn't know how this infuriated demon would act if such an attack succeeded, or even if he didn't....

But he had a feeling that whatever the reaction was, he wouldn't like it.

Searching the back compartments was futile - there was some damage, but not the kind of burning she needed. Looking about, Arin's attention was drawn to the combat in the hallway. She shook her head at the fact that neither would let up. Boys ...

As her eyes were drawn ahead, she also noted a patch of smoldering wire. There was the control panel Cobalt spoke of, with only the two combattants between her and a possible weapon. The corridor was narrow - no way past without disrupting the fight and whatever consequences there was to that. She looked the ship over: the systems were a Corellian design, or a knock-off. Either way they were meant for comfort, which meant good air flow and easily maintained systems.

She looked at the air system above: it was possible to get through it, but not silently and surely not quickly. Down below in the control circuit maintenance conduit was a much better option. It was also narrow, but the base was designed to be slid on in order to allow repair techs to find and repair control circuits without tearing bulkheads apart. There were accessways up by the control pod and back in engineering, it was the perfect choice.

Arin stepped back to the engineering center and opened the floor panel to look, giving the narrow tunnel a sneering expression. All the same: it was wide enough for an Ugnaught, so it was certainly wide enough for a slender professional courier. Crawling in, she began the long annoying shimmy through the spine of the vessel - only occasionally twitching as one boot or another thudded heavily over her head.

The battle was over and the imperial had escaped. All that was left to do in the city was to mop up the last few storm troopers. Fidelis returned to his mando brothers, his heart heavy after not getting to fight the imperial in a honor duel. He watched his men round up the surviving troopers that surrendered.

" Prep them for transport to Ziost. Their lives will be remade into something worth while. Brothers this battle has cost be dearly, many of my ships and men have fallen in space. But i do hope my efforts and aid will not be forgotten by your allies and brethren. ".

He stopped as he heard the hum in hi ear. It was Commander Rabin. He clicked the com device and listened.

" Sir we are ready to begin dropping transports onto the ground. The battle up here is still desperate but we have managed to hold our own. ".

The final green light began to glow on the control board, confirming that the last of the transports ferrying Captain Jergan's marines to the nearly abandoned enemy fleet had landed safely. Pollard's eyes drifted back to the sensors manager which he'd been previously watching, furrowing his brow, still curious of how the outlaws had not only abandoned the majority of their ships in what had obviously been a pathetic attempt at a kamikaze run, but how they had also done little in the way of preventing the marine transports to land aboard the vessels. Moreover, the entire Third Fleet's rain of laserfire upon the couple of enemy ships which had already entered the atmosphere seemed to miraculously be taking little effect. Finally, the High Admiral noted that the Sith reinforcement Star Destroyer which was being pummeled by the Third Fleet's entire strikecraft force along with High Admiral Aurulius's small complement of capitals was still fighting on gloriously - It was almost as if the enemy had failed to even notice the Imperial threat, apart from the small taskforce on the ground below, in Hyllyard City. Brooding briefly, the High Admiral came to a dark - yet necessary - conclusion.

"Bombard the surface. Begin with Hyllyard City and sweep outwards. The wildfires will kill what the turbolasers don't. Destroy any non-Imperial vessel which attempts to leave the surface; Imperial transports must immediately hold position once they've left the atmosphere. Those which don't must also be destroyed."

"But High Admiral... We still have men on the surface." Captain Peregrin Ives never questioned his superior, but on this occasion, he couldn't help but be curious - Wasting Imperial lives en masse was not like Pollard at all.

"Men who are defeated so easily have no reason or excuse to live. Clearly, we are battling a vastly superior force. With matched or inferior tactics, we our outskilled; when our tactics are superior, we find ourselves against a seemingly technologically superior enemy which is immune to turbolasers... Or perhaps our gunners are just hittin' a lil' somefin', somefin' ta mess up they aim... If you know what I mean."

Captain Ives laughed and extended his hand to the High Admiral for a high-five. The two slapped hands and whipped their thumbs and heads back, making "Psh!" sounds. Spinning on their heels, the pair started for the turbolift at the rear end of the bridge; Ives wanted a cheeseburger... Pollard wanted his stuffed bantha toy, as nothing in the universe seemed to make sense anymore.

"Something's happening," Nathaniel muttered aloud, forgetting that the comm was on.

Narrowed crimson eyes watched his scanners as Imperial troops seemed to be pulling out. At least, that's what the teenager thought he saw happening. His frown deepened, thinking this had to be some other sort of trick.

"Underworld folk... what's going on where you are?"
