Re: Holy Nerd Expedition! [open]
Walking next to the wall, crimson eyes poured over years of graffiti, messages, or cave paintings. Skelosh wasn't exactly sure what the mix of images and strange symbols were supposed to mean. Then he saw a recognizable letter. R. Most of the word was covered in the language of the Mandos, but Skelosh was pretty sure that the only word in basic on the wall spelled Revan. A cruel grin crossed Skelosh's white face. Maybe they'd complete their quest indeed. Since the presence of the Mandos enthusiasm had waned to say the least. But maybe if they made the next stop...
Below the word, Skelosh saw pictures of several circles. It looked vaguely like a map of some sort. The master hoped that there was enough of a connection left with Maize from their time in the Regnum to send him a coherent message through the Force.
Maize, ol' boy, you might want to take a look at this. But don't alert our friends with the blasters.
Re: Holy Nerd Expedition! [open]
Maize nudged Skelosh's mind in reply through the Force. He'd already been taking a random, circuitous route through the caverns and rockways so it wasn't too much of a stretch to keep that pattern random enough while also making his way over toward Skelosh. His dark boots kicked up dust with each step; reaching into the Force, he sought to get a sense on the location of the other Sith and the proximitiy of their Mando "hosts."
He hoped that whatever Skel had found would be worthwhile, as what they'd seen thus far... wasn't. Maize couldn't figure out why they had these "hosts" when there seemed to be nothing interesting here anyway.
"Don't call me 'ol' boy.' And what've you got?" he growled softly.
