Arch mage144 (12:47:45 AM): It was there that I reunited with Myrnal, Rildyn, and their new companion, Bixby Dangelo, as they were hunting the vampiric form of a former ally, Corrigan Heavensent.

Arch mage144 (12:48:15 AM): We continued to follow Elaith, and I rejoined them as we sought him. One by one, we slaughtered his subordinates, delivering them to the judgment of their respective deities.

Arch mage144 (12:48:48 AM): The afterlives they have earned are not my concern. They were opposed to the freedom of all beings to make choices. They would enslave and dominate without my intervention.

Arch mage144 (12:49:26 AM): We tried desperately to free the prismatic dragons from his grasp and to fight back by acquiring the orb of force dragonkind, which it was said would nullify his advantage, but we faltered.

Arch mage144 (12:49:37 AM): And finally we were forced to invade the fortress of Elaith itself.

Arch mage144 (12:50:00 AM): We fought through his many obstacles before we encountered the wizard himself deep within his layer, having cut down his followers and his slaves.

Arch mage144 (12:51:04 AM): And when we finally reached his inner sanctum, we delivered him to his god, as he insisted, for he could not be allowed to live and conquer.
